Doctor Perler is my personal Picasso.! His staff is welcoming and professional. I went to him to have 2 crowns placed on my molar implants. I then started to talk with him about having cosmetic dentistry done because I had a huge gap in my front teeth and my lateral incisors were very small making my front teeth look extremely huge. Dr. Perler was very informative and patient. This was something that Ive always wanted to do for myself but could never find the right dentist. We talked about cost because that was a deciding factor. However, doctor Perler was willing work with me, and gave me all of my options. It was a process but, in the end the results are amazing. My smile looks natural and you would never know that these were not my natural teeth . I cant thank doctor Perler enough. Thank you for giving me a smile I never had and my confidence back.

From his bedside manner to his patience with his patients (say that 5 times fast), to his aptitude with complicated teeth (including cracked wisdom teeth that he didnt even recommend removal for!), I adore him. I feel lucky to have been recommended to Dr.Perlers office when I had a toothache. I live in Connecticut but I did not mind driving to New Rochelle. This office participates in schemey business practices. I called ahead to inquire about insurance coverage, I was told I wouldnt be covered BUT was informed I could have a Free Consultation when I was about to hang up. They said I do not have to pay anything out of pocket until I decide to move forward with x-rays, etc. I show up and have a 15 minute consultation, at no point was I told when I or if I would be charged. Apparently the second he touches you, expect to pay $100. Literally after 5 minutes of talking with him he asks to look into my mouth and not once did anyone ask me if I would like to be charged or continue. There is NO FREE CONSULTATION. Run across the hallway to Smile Dental. Anywhere else but here.Edit: Of course you cant find my name this is the internet we use aliases. Why would I call the office to complain when I will most likely be gas lighted? Yes, they were sanitary and had us wait outdoors until closed and I even had to sanitize before seeing him but there is no saving grace from no ethics. Next time Ill grow a back bone and refuse to pay if another business tries that method.

Words can not describe how grateful I am for Dr Perler, his wife and his team. After a LONG night of suffering from excruciating toothache I called his office at 6:30 AM hoping someone would get back to me when they open. But his wife picked up the phone (at 6:30 AM Unheard of) and even though it was a Saturday and they were booked and short handed they still got me in at 9:30 AM. He had to extract the sick tooth right away. I was in so much pain, I could have not handled another hour.. Him and his team were so wonderful. Very kind and so informative throughout the procedure. Ive felt save. Got sent home painless with pro-care instruction and the next appointment set up for only a few days from now. He also called me later in the day to check on me and said to call them if I have any questions. My entire experience at Dr Perler’s office was beyond my expectations. Also I must say they are extremely cautious about Covid-9. They are taking safety to a whole new level. Thought Ive stepped into the future when I walked into the office.Today I was treated with Exceptional Care and with highest level of kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I never write reviews but this one is well deserved. I came across Dr. Perler after I got a botched cavity job in the city. After I visited the old dental Office few times in hopes of getting it fixed, I came across Dr. Perler because I understood that my previous dentist has no idea what she is doing. Ever since I came to Dr. Perler, he has fixed the cavity that was killing me and has since done an implant surgery for me after I got a root canal infection that resulted in tooth removal. He truly has the hands of gold. After my implant surgery, I had absolutely no pain and recovery was a breeze. I highly recommend him for all dental Needs!

I had a very bad tooth ache. I went to see Dr Perler and he did every thing to help me. He even went to the office on his day off to accommodate me, I wouldnt go to another dentist, I trust Dr Perler completely. The people working there are very attentive and courteous. During my semi-annual exam, he determined 2 fillings that needed replacement. his usual friendly approach during the repair was exceeded only by his ability to keep me from pain. even the injection of pain-numbing medication was so free of sensation that I HAD NO PAIN AT ALL. what a pleasant way to get teeth repaired!the staff is so friendly and helpful. i hope he keeps them forever!

Here it is day 2 and I am sitting here pain free, reflecting on my experience at Dr. Perlers office from Yesterday!In one day I had xrays, a root canal, a deep cleaning and, gulp, a tooth pulled!As a boomer with deep fears from any dentist, I must say I had the worst and best experience yesterday in my dentist going career! Worst because of what I needed to have done and best because of how I felt during the procedures and today.Picture this: soft music playing all around me, a TV display with calming images of majestic beaches and terrains, all while being massaged by the soft and comfortable dental couch.Most important to me was a pain free experience which I got, but as a boomer I really enjoyed the Nitrous Oxide, especially in combination with my headphones and playlist, which really helped to drown out any the noise that goes with the territory. Dr. P would lift one side off my ear when he needed to communicate, or touch my chin to let me know when I should close my mouth.All throughout the experience the words extremely efficient resounded throughout my head. Not only Dr. Perler but his highly trained and caring staff. They did not waste my time, like so many Doctors visits do.I wish I remembered everyones name, I would name them all here, from the front desk, which was so helpful with my insurance, to the kind and caring attendants and xray techs.Robins name I do remember, so here I will thank you for being the best hygienist I ever experienced and adding to the best overall visit I ever had to a dental office.Finally thanks again to Dr. Perler who even called me later that day to see that I got home ok. This guy really needs to be recognized for the customer care he gives and fosters throughout his staff. I would personally like to nominate him for American Dentist of the Year. My experience was very pleasant. I went in for a tooth extraction Dr. Perlers staff are extremely nice and welcoming. As this was my first time Lisa and Ericka went over all the detail with me making me feel very comfortable. The procedure was surprisingly quick and painless. Dr. Peter does unnecessary work on your teeth to hack up the bill. You go for general teeth cleaning and end up getting so many other things in your mouth. He will take your insurance card and say that he does accept it and have gotten an approval from the insurance carrier to perform on your teeth. Two weeks later you get an eye opener bill in the mail. Be careful before visiting him as my wife had to go through this experience. Totally unethical and work is ordinary. He was definitely not top of the class dentist.
