FreshReno NY just made my duplex condo look like a million bucks!! They removed a wall, installed a beautiful metal railing, added a ceiling fan, replaced all moulding and painted and repaired all imperfections on the walls so much so that the unit looks brand new! It’s not everyday that one can say a major renovation went this smoothly but this one did and I could not be more pleased! Don’t set yourself up for heart ache- go with a dependable, respectable and sincere contractor, like Omar if you want the job done right!

Very happy with our backyard renovation. It was for day care and Omar and his guys helped us out a lot! Work was done on time and at time when kids were not outside. They even helped us when Home Depot failed to deliver the outdoor carpet- Omars guys made the delivery on the van! Looks great and we recommend Fresh Reno to others.

Omar Dickson of Fresh Reno NY did an absolutely amazing remodel of an apartment that we recently purchased on E 25 Street NYC. Wish I had more photos but the transformation was amazing. I was working with Omar almost entirely via email, text and phone conversation. He was patient and calm when I was not. All monies were discussed up front. Changes were suggested by Omar when necessary. I really cannot give enough praise to Mr Dickson and his crew except to say I would and will use Fresh Reno NY again and consider the Dickson’s as family that can be trusted to look out for our best interests.

I’m looking to do a refinance and needed a quote for some home improvements. I was able to get in contact with Omar who I was referred to by a friend. Omar was extremely professional and honest through the entire process. He came out to give me a quote and I found him to be very honest and not pushy. I’m looking forward to doing my complete home remodel this December.

I met Omar about two years ago and he’s been a trusted referral source ever since. He is extremely dedicated to his craft and will do whatever it takes to make sure his customers walk away from a job happy. In addition his prices are very competitive and he doesn’t play games. How many contractors can you say that about!!As a real estate professional myself it’s imperative you refer people you can trust and Omar is certainly that person and because of such I refer him business all the time; knowing if something goes wrong he will step up to the plate. Omar and his team at FreshReno did an amazing job renovating our apartment in midtown Manhattan - we are extremely pleased. it was a disaster and needed a ton of work - they did a full reno -new windows, bathroom, kitchen, repairing and refinishing the floors, walls, painting. everything was done thoroughly and tastefully and at a most reasonable price. Moreover, Omar and his team are extremely pleasant to interact with and honest to the core. We are already recommending their work to people we know in the area who are in need of a renovation.

I called Fresh Reno for a quote and the person that answered seemed completely disinterested in the job and asks me to text him my info and he would set up a quote. A few days pass and I received a text asking for photos of the job. I tell him I will send them but because I dont live at the property I didnt have time and I asked to meet for a quote, which is the most basic request before starting any construction job. After some back and forth, including a request for the scope of the job which i already provided but agreed to provide again, he agrees to meet. A few more days pass and I receive a text saying sorry but Fresh Reno is too busy to meet for a quote BUT if I send a photo he might get back to me if the job seems interesting.As it turns out this business claims to be so popular that they only accept clients through referrals from previous happy clients, which makes their marketing and website fairly pointless. Do not waste your time with this company unless you want to deal with poor customer service handled through very delayed texts, disinterest in providing service to new customers, and general laziness thats fairly evident when talking to them.

They did an excellent job renovating the kitchen...I highly recommend this company...Very professional and easy to work with.
