I can say without question, this will be my first and last experience. The driver was 45 minutes late, halfway falling asleep while driving, unable to stay in his lane (cars welder blowing their horns and flashing their lights), had to stop for gas using GPS but was still “lost”, I had to point out the gas station before he went back on Garden State Parkway. And I couldn’t get out of the car…the door didn’t open from the inside. All of this for $120 plus $2.55 toll and tip. Lesson learnt, Google ratings are not accurate. This was by far one of the longest and worst car services I have ever been forced to pay for. That’s saying a lot as I’ve traveled the world and used car services where the roads were unpaved, gravel and dirt roads - for miles. Those rides where smoother and far better than this.

I have been using this company for many years and am continually impressed by their consistent level of professionalism. They are dependable - usually even early for my morning pickups, and their drivers keep in contact about my pickups from the airport. The drivers are also always friendly and accommodating. With all the stress of traveling weekly, knowing I dont have to worry about transportation REALLY helps! I can highly recommend their services!
