We purchased a home virtually knowing that the HOA required us to clean some vines off a wall and paint it within 30 days of closing. We moved in two weeks after close and saw the wall for the first time with our own eyes. It was a nightmare and nothing what I expected! Wall cleared, and debris cleaned up - even the stumps. He exceeding all my expectations - and for a very fair price!!!
