Hello, just wanted to thank Adam at the Trinity office. He has done wonders helping from hospital to now. People such as him gives the technical support, but mostly the mental support that isnt required. I always feel cared about from the time I walk in the office.

Thank you Michelle, I was thinking I was going for a measurement, and was wondering why I was left sitting for ten minutes after measuring me? Whala in walks Michelle with my brace and fitted me on the spot. Oh and my insurance covered it!!! I walked out and I have 6 months of adjustments if needed. 5 star service to say the least. My experience is horrible! I have been waiting since June for my brace, shoes and inserts. Hanger has cancelled my appointment 3 times. Next time I will take my business to Prosthetics Clinic of Florida. My advice to anyone considering Hanger is to look elsewhere.

Must wear mask to enter if you dont have one they give you one practing social distancing.

1st they made me drive all the way in there which is a long way from my house Just to tell me that the Shoes never came in And then They made an appointment to bring the shoes to my house And never showed up
