I love this place and all the employees there. They are super friendly and very willing to work with you and help you with all your money needs. When quarantine hit and I lost my job I had a hard time paying back one of my loans and they totally worked with me (are still working with me). Words cannot express how much I was blessed by your BEST Advance America employee DAISY at your Advance America location at: 5141 US Highway 19, New Port Richey, FL 34652!!! I had moved across town so I wasnt sure if the old Advance America I used to go to was still open or not and it was hard to get in touch with someone there. As a result, I just called around to different Advance America locations and Daisy at this location picked right up and she was AMAZING! Not only did she welcome me back to take out a new loan or product, but she made me feel valued as a customer and even re-explained the different loan and installment products you all had and what your company could potentially offer me! She spent a lot of time on the phone with me and answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for me! I have no words to describe how AWESOME she is and how much she helped me and gave me hope especially with Covid and everything related to it going on! You can tell she is not only professional and passionate about her job, but that she also cares about her customers and potential ones. She treats you like a person and not just a number. Daisy needs a raise and a promotion and she should be over her own set of Advance America stores! If the rest of the reps who work for your stores were like her I promise your company would soar even more! Great company when compared to other local options. Entire process took maybe 10 minutes, and I was out the door with my required funds. Easy pay back options, debit card, bank transfer, cash in store or pay online. Very friendly staff, who understood my situation and worked with me accordingly. For years I have never had a problem borrowing and repaying cash advances and have been grateful for their services.However, the service and policys followed for their installment loans are not customer friendly. I started a new postion and as a result my pay periods changed. I submitted a request for this to be changed days maybe even a week before the installment was due and they still withdrew the funds. Now I have NSF fees and daily fees to tend to because they will not reverse the fee nor refund the installment that was withdrawn.Update: The District manager called me and was amazing! Great customer service and Im thankful for them! I wanted to leave my original review to show that they try to remedy any problems and are a customer focused company which is so important!
