Wouldnt buy here again if I had known sea wall was falling in and only response from when it will be fixed is they dont know when they will fix it been 7 months since moving in still nothing... If it werent for that rating would be 5 stars... Neighbors are great and friendly

Community center has been remodeled and is very nice. Staff is pleasant and helpful, very nice visit there.

Very well kept property. Friendly residents and the management staff is accommodating. the clubhouse, pool and sundeck is very welcoming.

I am a sales agent with Florida Mobile Homes Sell LLC and some agents as well as myself have listing in this community. Anytime I visit, residents are friendly, community is always well kept and working with the ladies in the office is always a pleasant experience. My husband and I also have personal friends that live here as well so we are in the area often.

If I could give this zero stars I would. My grandparents are on disability and moved in here a couple of months back. Besides the point that management is very, very bad. They decided to rent a new mobile home. So, a month goes by and their Air conditioning stops working. They JUST fixed the ventilation over a month. A MONTH with no air conditioning in Florida. Temperatures would get into the 90’s inside their house! Also let’s talk About the over 500! YES 500.00 energy bill due to A/C not working. Now, they sent some other people out to basically force the air into the vents, it worked, but let’s add that they use a 3 ton unit instead of 4. She is on the 7th day of the bill cycle and it is already over 200.00. Save your loved ones the time and energy and find a staff that will actually work and do their job right. Piss poor excuse for the management group, and all involved. The Better Business Bureau is already looking into it and you will regret ever exploiting my grandparents.

Harbor View Mobile Manor is a nice park to live in. Most residents are very friendly. They have shuffleboard, bocce, putting green, driving range, heated swimming pool, clubhouse activities such as karaoke, gospel concerns, dinners, pot luck, bible studies, library, 2 pool tables, cards, bingo, and dances. Its an active community if you like to get involved. The down side is lot rents are rather on the high side and in 5 years there have been three managers. There are many snow birds and many year round residents.

Lived there for over a year. Great senior community with lots of activities. I highly recommend this for 55+ folks looking for a good safe place to live. Small pets on leashes allowed. Euchre, poker, billiards, bingo, swimming, and many more activities

Nice community based 55+ living with activities and events for the snowbirds season. Convient to downtown and Hwy 54 business district. Great neighbors that look out for one another and help keep their community looking good. Management is very helpful and appreciate their community and it reflects on the appearance of Harbor View.

Harbor View is a is a very pristine over 55 community. Very quiet with 5 canals and the breeze. There is a big beautiful pool shared by the community and pets are allowed. Management is very nice to deal with.

If you dont share the religious and political beliefs of the pastor, you might not be comfortable living here.

It has its good points and its bad points. The rent isnt bad, and I like the pool, but it gets a little too loud for me. After all, this is a 55+ community.

More activities than i can keep up with. Great place to live.

They are getting too picky on old people that cant do much and they are threatening to charge them for anything that they have to do to your home, They dont give you much time to get things done that you want to do which takes O people longer to do,which they dont do anything other than mow the grass They dont do anything to beautify your individual lot they spend money out front on the clubhouse put new trees in, new lights that costs a lot of money and every March they put the rent up every March they put the rent up, There is no security whatsoever
