Sad to say.... wish I had known before I got phone service from them,,,, NO REPAIR SERVICE ON SITE... the phone is cheap, and because of that I got it. But as most cheap things are,,, they need repair. Its been 4 months,, and of course it needs work. Screen goes in & out quite a bit.. no biggie its a cheap phone... but,,, in order to get a diagnostic check,,, they have to send it away.... Seems they cant do ANYTHING on site... recommend you think about that before switching to Spectrum.. either that or keep a backup phone... AND THIS IS ONLY AFTER 4 MONTHS!!!

The worst service time ever, took 2 hours just to get attended. Many customer were waiting and upset. It take too long for each person to be completely attentended and resolve...either put more personal or train the existing ones to be faster. Also there should be a quick drop off or quick service attendant for quick stuff.

Just got off phone with rep. About lowering bill, turns out I have the basic internet available from them Ive been a customer 14yrs + the cost in my opinion is bull $5 for their equipment total 79.99, they give new customers great promotion prices almost half what I pay, just tells you just how much your getting ripped off .rep told my I can buy my own router and save a whopping $5 a month, well I know there are other internet providers that have better pricing, Ive spectrum enough of my money

This place is terrible. 2pm on a Wednesday and you’re waiting over an hour to ask a representative a question. Unfortunately they’re the only internet provider for our new home and this isn’t a good start to a 2 year contract. Zero stars!!!

While the employees may be helpful its definitely a chore getting help. I come to this store frequently for work to return equipment for my stores. Its always an hour or two wait time. There is almost always only 2 employees here and that was prepandemic.

Had to come here 3 times to replace broken equipment, the first 2 times went smoothly, the 3rd however was not so smoothly. Theres 4 employees in the front but only 2 working with customers, the other 2 are just talking to each other and doing walk around making sure ppl are checked in. I sat there for over half hour and didnt move in line at all. Coming from someone whom works in retail the other 2 employees that werent doing anything should have gotten on a register and started helping with customers. NOT just tell everyone that it will be over an hour wait time before being serviced. SERIOUSLY WHO HAS OVER AN HOUR TO SIT AT A SPECTRUM STORE JUST TO SWITCH OUT A MODEM??? ALMOST $100/MO FOR JUST INTERNET AND THATS THE SERVICE WE GET AS CUSTOMERS?!?!? COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL PROBABLY LOSE THIS CUSTOMER!!!

Kiosk wasnt working properly so I waited until one of the associates finished with the person they were working with and informed them. Another lady was inside and I was aware that she would be helped first. I was simply letting them know that the kiosk didnt work. The man was very rude amd asked if my name was.....I told him know and he said hed be with me when he was finished. The other associate finished, and I informed him of the same and his response was just as rude as the first. Once he finished completing the last transaction, he motioned for me. I tried to give him the order number, but he asked for the name on the account. I gave him the name, he asked if I was on the account and I stated I was. He asked for my ID, I didnt have it with me because it was in my bfs wallet as we frequently walk downtown and he placed it in his wallet since I dont carry my purse. The associate was very rude and asked really? He then asked if I had ANYTHING with my name on it. I showed him a credit card that he thoroughly examined...He reluctantly continued the transaction. Giving me the 2 boxes and cords. He didnt give a bag or anything to carry it all.I have disliked Time Warner and now Spectrum for as long as I remember for THIS reason as well as the service. The associates have always had an attitude and expect you as a customer to just take it. I try very hard to treat others with respect, but it becomes very difficult when you are treated rudely.

Very busy on Saturdays 2 people working could use more help! Wait time is long.This location is clean and its a good size place. Theres a kiosk if you want to pay your bill inside. There are several different phones on display if your looking for a new one! My best advice is this if you need customer service go online and make an appointment once you arrive you must check in on the kiosk when you first walk in. Dont try to check in more than 30 minutes before your scheduled time it wont let you I tried! once you are checked in it bumps you up in line. The girl who waited on us was professional. If you are exchanging old equipment for new please call Spectrum when you get home they need to activate your equipment on their end. The girl at the store said the opposite but trust me call Spectrum anyway!

Would definitely not come to this store. I walk in and explain I was told to come switch out my router because I need something with a 2g network as well for my home security. He was extremely rude about it. The lady didn’t really even try to help me except check me in. Why would someone from the 1-800 tell me to come to the store then I do and they don’t have it. Lack of communication. In theory, I would say do not choose Spectrum!!! The guy was finally somewhat helpful when I had the 1-800 tech people on the phone. He just didn’t have to be so rude!

Brought their cable modem back to them at this location after I received mail from a third party collection agency one time. No previous communications. yes 1 letter that I owed them money, and it was in collections. I had to wait 30 minutes for a two minute exchange because they did not staff enough people (at least that Saturday they didnt). Location is new modern and nice otherwise, I am sour about the collections because it hit my credit and they never sent any previous communications (email, mail phone, text) and they had all that info because it was on my account. By the way, I never used it the modem because I had my own modem and didnt want to pay rent. It was in my closet and it got boxed up when I moved It. I understand them wanting it back, it was theirs and not mine. But again didnt remind me one time. They never called me they never emailed me they never mailed me. I received a collections from a third party one time and it was already too late it had hit my credit. Whatever - I thought Id share that piece of info as a warning to anybody reading this dont forget. I know the billion collections its not specific to this location and like I said this location is modern and new and nice. My only gripe with this location is the six booths that were empty because apparently they dont want to pay to have the right amount of staff. When you walk in the door theres a electronic sign in where you put your first name and your last initial and youll see it come up on the wall and how many people are in front of you.

Completely went out of her way to solve every issue things I’ve called about and tried to resolve for YEARS! and even ones I didn’t know I had!! I will always be a Spectrum customer. Miserable. Only two employees who were clearly overwhelmed by the traffic. Waited over an hour to exchange cable box and remote. Screwed up transfer. Had to call once I was back at home to have them straighten everything out before I could get things to work. Would not recommend dealing with the in-person store. Recommend doing everything online.

HANNA at this location was extremely rude and unhelpful. We had to turn in a router because we had to get our own. We made the appointment and went when it was our time. We turned it in Hanna and asked for some kind of proof that it was turned in and she said no. She said this is a tech something or other and that we dont get anything. I told her that is not ok I need some kind of proof it is turned in so I am not billed for the device. she continued to speak extremally rude to me, told me I can wish all I want but Im not getting anything from her. I asked if she had some sort of Employee identifier or number or last name that we can use as proof of who we turned it into like they do when you call in to a call center. she said no Im not giving you anything thats not your business. I asked if there was a supervisor we could speak with to see about getting proof of turning in the device and again she said there was no Supervisor in the building. I find it hard to believe that there wasnt one there but I just left and called the 800 number for customer service and got someone there that is now going to make sure that my account is properly documented said that we should have been given proof and that they will be contacting this girls supervisors.

0 star review. Currently waiting an hour and a half listed as number 8 on the list out of 24. Two employees are on the floor, tied up with 2 customers switching to spectrum mobile. Why on Earth did they staff 2 employees on a Sunday? Half of the people waiting, myself included, all have some sort of modem, router, or cable box to probably return or exchange. But yet these employees are tied up with mobile customers who are literally holding up the line. A better idea would have been to staff 3 or 4 employees where 2 could handle mobile, and 1 or 2 could handle exchanges, pick ups and returns. Also, scheduled appointments take precedence over those who’ve been waiting in store as a walk in, so make a reservation ahead of time, but you’ll probably have to wait anyway if they’re dealing with mobile customers.

The customer service office was easy to find in New Port Richey. So glad I made an appointment online. There were many clients spread out waiting to be seen. I checked in and was immediately called. I needed to make the appointment to get an old modem that went out Joseph was so very patient, knowledgeable and answered every question. He quickly replaced the old one with a new 5G modem. Asked him about getting a new cell and service through Spectrum. Joseph never rushed me through the process, was so friendly and patient with me. I walked out with a new 5G modem, new cell service for my new cell coming in the mail, a convenient appt scheduled with Joseph and a delighted smile on my face. Thank you Joseph!(and Spectrum for a new phone I can finance and great service)Ms. M

I was at this location to upgrade my 4 year old modem. Wow!! While I waited 40 minutes for service, the young man was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and provided customer service above expectation! By far the worst cable company Ive ever dealt with, been having cable tv issues for almost a year now and still no fix but charge top dollar. Have to reset my box 2-3 times a week by unplugging the power for a minute, was told this is normal to have to do this, Ill be calling vary soon to disconnect my horrable service with you, sad that now i have to call a dish provider or frontier or some other company for quality service

Long wait to return equipment. Only two people behind the counter and over 15 customers or soon to be ex-customers. If you want fast or good customer service dont come to this store.Another disappointing interaction with SpectrumToday my wife and I found we do not have internet connection. After speaking with technical support, the technician told me have the modem replaced so I drove to the nearest Spectrum store and exchanged the still new modem for another oddly looking two part device, a modem and a router. After installing the two part device everything seemed to work but afterwards the internet offline again so I called technical support again. After restarting the device several times and trying other things the technician basically said she could not help further and a in home technical call was called for. Today is Saturday so the earliest a technical call be made is Monday in the afternoon. I work remotely and with COVID raging all over the state of Florida not being able to connect to the internet means I out of work. The Spectrum technician seem to be indifferent and the best I could hope for was a cancelation so appointment is moved up on hour sooner.Personally, Spectrum is a dinosaur and should go out off business. Needless to say, Spectrum has lost another customer. And I will never buy their cellular service from Spectrum.

I pay almost 200 dollars for internet that can barely support 3 devices and drops complete internet connection to the point I have to regularly restart my router. Went in today to return a router, placed 26th to be seen while there is just 3 people taking care of us. I sat there for a few hours and only moved down to 21st person. Service there was horrible, taking hours on one customer and only having 3 on the clock? One of them had actually disappeared as well leaving two on the floor to help. I literally just wanted to return the router and leave but theres no help there and no way to notify that your there for a drop off. Will not be going back there after todays ordeal. Yall need more people to help customers so you dont lose them.

The store itself is new, nice and clean. You sign in on a touch screen when you enter the store so youre not losing your spot in line. I had to wait about 10 minutes when I got there around 5 pm. Years ago they used to pick up their Equipment if you canceled service, now you have to bring it to the store yourself. Wouldnt be too bad if they had a more central location. This new store is at the south west corner of SR 54 and Little Rd. For customers from Hudson its quite a distance just to bring a cable box or router back.

I called they said there was no store in spring Hill anymore that I would have to go to New Port Richey. I went to New Port Richey they tell me there is a store in spring Hill and its still open but its not in that location anymore. Seriously, you should take lessons from Chick-fil-A about how to move people through! I was about 28th in line when I got there and an hour-and-a-half later I FINALLY was able to see an associate to turn in my cable box. Then, when I got home I found out the associate did the transaction WRONG, instead of ditching the cable like I asked and keeping the internet they kept the CABLE and turned the INTERNET off! Strange that they would do this considering I turned in my CABLE BOX!!! I had to call in and have tech support fix it. I was LIVID!

I cancelled service during a month I had paid for and was told I had to pay for an additional month, even though I wasnt using the service, as that was their policy. This was done so that in the event I ever wanted to reactivate service at a later date the first month of the reactivation would be paid for. How they are allowed to do this under FTC regulations is questionable and I have filed a complaint with the FTC. I find itinteresting that this so-called policy was never disclosed when I first started service. This sort of business practice speaks clearly of the type of ethics Spectrum and their parent company Charter Communications employs. They make Comcast look like saints.

Canceled services 3 days into a billing cycle after years of service & they refuse to prorate my bill because company policy is no prorating bills. So Im still on the hook for $268 for a month of service which is rough since Im paying bills with disability due to broken back leaving me in a wheelchair. Youd think they would have a little compassion, especially in this pandemic with people losing jobs & Spectrum raking in money with their highway robbery cable bills. I got an outdoor HD Antenna put up & get 64 channels in better picture quality with no more monthly bill.
