Purchased all my furniture from this location after moving to Trinity a few years ago, from tables to sofa and even accessories. Great quality at reasonable prices. Also friendly associates!

You have to be very patient and forgiving to deal with this store. Sales reps dont give accurate pricing and details. Finally agreed on a mattress set and frame. Charged premium for delivery with no removal. Then told that the items on back order and when they are available told to wait 6 more days. Sad situation. Never buy a mattress from a furniture store.

Customer service is poor. I have had an item on backorder for months with no update until this week and were given a 4 hour window to wait. Requested some flexibility die to delay and to be put in contact with drivers to plan for arrival but associate would just state that they dont do deliveries out of store. I am aware of that and even stated it when I requested the information. I will not do business with Badcock again after this experience and I have purchased several items from them in the past but other locations, Gainesville. NPR location is a bad representation of your company.

I appreciate how I was respected due to being hard of hearing and unable to keep pace with salesperson 🥰, salesperson was very attentive to my needs and my financial budget. I’m very pleased with my whole experience there. Will definitely continue to purchase my home furnishings from them ❤️☺️

One of the worst experiences ever dealing with a furniture store and corporate office. No one knows what anyone else is doing. No one can give correct phone numbers or proper instructions on how to report damaged furniture or receive a credit/refund. The refund I received from my damaged item was not the correct amount. It has taken all morning to try to get it straightened out. Ive been transferred four times and no one in customer service can seem to help.

I went in to look for an adjustable bed having MS never being comfortable with sleeping, I had finally decided it was time for a new mattress and a wonderful adjustable bed. Looking on the internet finding nothing which had good reviews for me, I went to Babcocks stores on the net and to my surprise I found better beds for a better price. There I was shopping for one, buying one cant wait for delivery in a few days .

This review is in progress but thus far only a two star! Our salesperson Brian was very nice and helpful in our purchase or a Sofa and love seat but we were quite surprised when our delivery date was unexpectedly canceled. No one notified us of this and we sold our existing furniture the night before expected delivery. We notified Brian who apologized about us having to wait another 6 weeks with an empty living-room. He also offered a whopping $50 dollar gift certificate. I explained that 6 weeks without furniture that was to be delivered already was worth more than 50 bucks and asked for free delivery as well. Brian told me he would check into this. Hmmm been over a week and I’ve heard nada. Will update when I do

We bought a reclining sofa and loveseat. It is not even 2 years old and one seat is sagging. We were told to call the warranted company. We learned this is not covered but if we stain or tear it that is covered. Ours looks new except one seat sags. Badcock sold us this and does stand behind what they sell.

We furnished our entire home! We were so happy with the quality and service, you are never pressured by any of the sale reps. And their prices are great ! They really made us feel like we were at home for real! Roberto was very professional, honest and understanding! He really wants you to be happy no matter how small or large of a purchase you make. You should walk in and look around, it will make your day!

We had a great second experience at Badcock. I was pleasantly surprised to find furniture I liked that was on sale and very reasonably priced. Our first piece of furniture we purchased 1 year ago (a hutch) is of high quality, and we cant wait for our other furniture to be delivered this weekend. Purchasing furniture at Badcock is easy and convenient as they do deliver. Im very happy with our decision to purchase from them again!

A week ago today, we received our new bedroom set. We could not be happier! Marlin was an amazing person to deal with: she listened to us, did not pressure, and helped us select what would work for us. Both quality and pricing were great! The delivery team was extremely professional and respective of our space. This store additionally has a nice selection of clearance items, of which we found a hutch that we also needed. When I entered the store the staff was very friendly. They greeted me right away. The store is clean and very easy to navigate. Liz was extremely patient and gave us the space we needed to make our final decisions. We went back after our first purchase and ordered more furniture from other staff members. Our delivery guys were awesome. They arrived on time and set up quickly with each purchase made. This is a great place to shop for furniture. We will be back!

We visited the showroom an 7305 State Rd 54 New Port Richey Fl today.We were greeted by Sales Associate-Marlin Alfonso who showed us all the options based on our vision with expertise and a friendly personality. Marlin was well versed and after looking at all options we found the perfect style, color and price. We are looking forward to having our sofa delivered soon and would recommend this store because of our positive shopping experience!

I bought a recliner in the beginning of the year. One week in it was broken. Their warranty repair service is a joke. They replaced chair after multiple phone calls and me going in togto a face to face with the manager. New chair is worse. After several month of trying to set up a repair guy I give up. I will NEVER buy furniture from this place again. Mostly because 90% of the staff has no service skills beyond selling and that they have no interest in keeping a customer.

The minute you walk in, you immediately go WOW! The quality, the prices, the styles, the accessory pieces,and the professional staff. Marlin and Ashley are so nice and very accommodating to your needs and budget. I felt pampered, not pressured. Roberto, Manager, listened to me and concerns. He is very patient. He presents the furniture in a professional manner, and informs the customer about the important ascpects of each. They stand behind their furniture. You will not be disappointed.

This company has helped me over the years with furnishing my home with beautiful pieces. Great staff that goes above and beyond to help me. This location has completely turned around in the past 6 months with the new owners Roberto and Liz. The store always has a new look giving me more ideas to choose from when decorating my own home. Ive been in the store several times and had the most professional customer service. They have a tight knit store and they make you feel like family when you come in. I would 100% recommend shopping here if you are looking for that personal touch.

Friendly people thats know there products.Not pushy at all but are there to help you and answers any questions you might have.They carry quality products that are at a very good price.Done bessiness with them 3 different times with them so far and when my ice maker stopped they was right on it and got it fix fixed right away.I would recommend this store 100%

The staff was great, they are the closest to my home. they claim to give a military discount, but its only on one item, I bought more than one item and the most they did was highest item after I told them that others in the area give it on everything and free delivery.

What great service...I needed a coffee table that they did not have in stock for a last minute family function. My wife and I stopped in a couple months ago shopping for mattresses. The salesman Roberto, who is also one of the owners, gave us all the time and space we needed to make the right decision. We laid on every bed and discussed pros and cons. Roberto educated us on a special they were running on select mattresses and it just so happened the one we liked most came with a 43 LG LED TV. I got a call the afternoon prior to the expected delivery day and agreed on a time. The 2 delivery guys were on time and got me set up seamlessly. Great experience!

This is a very good place to come if youre not able to just go out and purchase something on credit. They will work with you and you get a much better price than Aarons.

Badcock Home Furnishings has always provided great furniture at a great price for families looking to decorate and fill their homes with comfortable furniture! If your credit is less than great go on in and see them and theyll take care of you have they have been for the last two or three decades!

I am unbelievably impressed. Roberto helped me order what I needed made sure my husband and I were happy with our selections and then set up delivery to us even though we live outside delivery range( we will never again go in the hudson store by our house, the owner was rude) I was even more impressed when, completely out of his control one piece came in damaged, but he made sure that we were still able to get our furniture correct and on time without having to take damaged furniture. I will buy all my furniture here!

Treated like gold till they had my Moms Money. Horrible Ass. Manager, Her store calls my Mom to say her Lamp Finally arrived. I go to pick it up, and told to sit and wait while she watches another customer shop.? I ask her why she cant get my Moms lamp, she tells me the other people are ahead of me. Ill have to wait. ? She is standing doing nothing. I reminder her The Store called us to pick up the lamp. She tells me She is NOT the one who Called...?? semantics? Really? THIS IS A BOSS..... I just want my Moms Lamp. Wonderful experience!! I arrived late in the day and needed to pick several pieces for 2 rooms in my home. Liz and Roberto greeted me immediately and really took their time to show me all of the pieces I’d found online. They made great recommendations without trying to up sell me and worked within my budget—they even saved me money! I was at no point hurried or pressured, even though the shop was about to close. They found exactly what I needed and secured fast delivery. I called back the following day to add a couple items and they added them to my order very easily and courteously. They genuinely seem to care that I make the right choices and understood the style I am going for in my new home; making great and honest recommendations. They could not have been more accommodating. As a new member of the New Port Richey community, I’m still learning about the area and they took the time to make some great recommendations for me and my family. Also, the showroom is gorgeous! The badcock in my prior town wasn’t very nice—it was a bit shabby and the selection was dated with no attention to room layout. This is not the case with the New Port Richey location! They have obviously taken the time to lay out their stock with real expert attention to detail and tasteful design. All of the room layouts were beautiful and translate well to a real family home. They have a TON of gorgeous accessories on hand and will work to find you the right accent pieces in the catalog if they don’t have them on-hand. As someone who loves interior design and who comes from a luxury furniture design career, being able to furnish my home at a price point that was more than value for money was amazing. I’ll be furnishing my entire home at this location!! Also, side note: they have a 10 day return policy where they’ll switch out items if you decide they don’t work so you can buy with confidence.

Do not do business with this store. They run your credit WITHOUT your permission causing a hard inquiry. Owner and store employee were unethical in their resolve with no resolution and no assistance to their actions. Simply inquired about a credit increase, was advised theyd review my account, but at no point advised they were running my credit application, did not ask or advise, just did it!!!

We had a house fire and lost everything and we went here to get all our furnishings and they talked me into the warranty, DONT FALL FOR THIS! I ended up having to use it but its only what they want to warranty. I even ask if it covered everything and she said yes and Roberto I believe is the owner and he even said yes. It Dont so Ill NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER

Treated like dirt. They called us to come pick up a lamp, we had waited 8 weeks for. I go to get it, Im told to wait. Woman standing at counter doing nothing, refuses to go get lamp from rear of store. Now 2 WEEKS Later STILL WAITING on REFUND ! Was told it would be done last week............. Never shop here.
