I am currently refinancing my house and using Heartland Title Company for our closing. Our lender had initially required us to use a specific title agency and their rates were unreasonable. Heartland Title quickly went through the lenders extensive process to become an approved closing agent and provided much more reasonable closing rates, saving us money.Their team was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and efficient. I am closing tomorrow which is two weeks ahead of schedule. I am thrilled that they are closing with consideration of my work schedule too.I highly recommend them to anyone refinancing, buying, or selling a home.

We closed with Dave & Scott Hart at Heartland Title for the sale of our last 2 homes... we wont use anyone else. They are extremely personable and more reasonable than anyone you will find. We highly recommend them if you are buying OR selling a home or wanting to have a title search done beforehand.

Heartland might be fine for a run of the mill closing, but we had one that was a bit unusual. We thought they could handle it, but it turned out they were in over their head. Our closing kept dragging out and Heartland wanted to add a bunch of complicated, unnecessary red tape, irrelevant to the chain of legal title, which would drag things out even longer. When I told them how to easily avoid the red tape, first they got snitty, then they backed out completely, totally stalling our deal. Fortunately, we found another place where we got a title commitment two business days after we opened the escrow, then closed five business days later, seven business days total, without all the red tape Heartland wanted to do.

Our family has used Heartland twice in the past year. Scott is very helpful and professional. He was also extreamly accommodating and friendly. As long as we have choice on who to use we will always choose Heartland.

All I can say is they were top-notch and we wont use anyone else moving forward. My probate attorney recommended them and Im so glad I listened:)
