I have been working with Title 4 Solutions now for a couple years and I truly enjoy them and the communication and the employees. I deal with Audra who is absolutely amazing and she is very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who is struggling with their student loan reimbursement because they have been very helpful from the start. **BUYER BEWARE** **SCAM ALERT**Before making a financial commitment I wanted to do some research on the business I intended to patronize and Im glad I did. After reading the BBB reviews I was notified by a co worker that I can facilitate the same paperwork, on my own, for free. This is a scam and they are preying on hardworking individuals. I hope this review prevents other people from becoming victims of these shady practices, Im thankful that I did not blindly hand them my hard earned money.

Low morale characterpreys on the unknowing

SCAM will take your money and not provide a receipt nor will follow up. When you email to get rid of services youll receive an email stating due to signing your contract your money wont be refunded due to paying for workers. No follow-up like when they first contact you to get you to sign ALL the paperwork. Had the audacity to be rude via phone after I explained the Better Bureau of Businesses review and how I was disappointed that the business would scam a hard working teacher as myself. I was scammed out of $600 dollars. Very upset an dismayed that a company would take the time to do that to prospective customers.The 5 star reviews are FAKE, look at Lizs prior reviews of the same company and Docuserve. MAKE SURE TO LOOK ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU PRIOR to signing ANY DOCUMENTS!!!!!!
