Great experience! I had 3 iPad screens fixed here and it was done so professional you cant tell the difference from when I first bought them.Im extremely happy with the results and turn around time. I will be returning for any repair that may be needed due to the kids breaking their tablets.

He told me that the phone my wife recently purchased from Metro/PCS was one that the company had gone out of business. He explained the aftermarket products for this phone were not quality and he, in good conscience, would not make that repair. I am a retired dentist and really appreciated his response. I will use him whenever possible!

When I called Samsung about an issue I was having with not getting my text messages, the woman was very kind and told me that the last update messed with the Texting app.She told me to take my A10e to uBreakiFix in New Port Richey on US 19. I did and the Manager told me they would take care of it. 3.5 hours later I went to the store and it was fixed. NO CHARGE!!This was excellent service. Dropped off my MacBook Pro and received help when I dropped it off. They kept my laptop for a few days just to make sure the issue didn’t persist. They didn’t even charge me for the servicing and diagnostics.

I broke my phone screen about 7 months ago. The other day, it started flickering all green and white. I tried going to my mobile provider, and came to find out that they dont do repairs... BUT! Best buys geek squad took a look at my charging port and told me it would have to get replaced the guy here took it in the back for 3 - 4 minutes and came back with a perfectly functioning charging port.

My wife dropped her Ipad mini and cracked the screen. Apple service wanted $299 to repair it. We could purchase a new one for $329..At that repair price it didnt make sense to fix it. My wife was happy with it for the most part so before we scrapped it we took it to UbreakIfix. They repaired it for $99 and it was done in less then 24 hours. We were both impressed with the quality of work in a timely fashion and at an affordable prince. I will use them again and I would highly recommend them.

I went to change a cracked screen glass. The guy who took the phone for repair asked for the passcode of my phone. He was not happy and was rude when I declined to provide that info. He said it’s to check the camera and sound. I said he can do that in my presence when I pick up.I believe that a repair technician asking the passcode to replace a glass screen is unnecessary and might be to steal personal information. Especially these days when people have apps for bank accounts on their phone.The service doesn’t look professional and safe.
