Hugh did a wonderful job! Our carpets were 15+ years old with soil from children, fluffy dogs and so many years of endless dirt. They now look brand new. Unbelievable. Hugh knows his stuff!! He educated us and cleaned our carpets. I am very impressed with his skills and knowledge. Our carpets look 10 times better than I thought they would be. We have a small aging dog and spots were everywhere. They are now gone!!! The price was right and the cleaning was superb!

Hugh quoted me on the phone a price of $100 to clean carpets in two rooms. We then discussed pricing for cleaning the tile floors in the rest of my apartment. I said I would think about it and get back to him. I called him again a few days before our appointment and told him that I couldnt go more than an additional $200 to do the tile floors. He didnt commit to that, but said he would come prepared to do it and would see what he could do on price when he arrived. He arrived on time, looked over the apartment, then quoted me a price of an additional $240 for the tile floors. I said in that case, I just want the carpets cleaned. He then said that the out-the-door price for the carpets would be $109, as there is a $9 travel charge. I told him I didnt like that he was trying to up-charge me above what he had quoted and would use someone else. I cant say anything about how good a job he does since I didnt have him do any cleaning, but I give him one star for trying when he arrived for the job to get more money out of me than he quoted. Consider this a warning to make sure you ask him for his out-the-door price when he quotes you his charges. ***EDIT*** In response to Hughs response below: I guess you were as shocked when I asked you to leave as I was when you added the up-charge. I guess the time for you to tell me that you would waive the added fee was when you were there, not later here. If you had spoken up, we would have gone forward. But you just wished me a nice day and left. At least anyone who reads this will know that when you throw on a last minute fee, its just an attempt to get more money out of the job and they can be prepared to get you to waive it. Seems like a poor business practice instead of just charging what you quote. I guess it makes you happy when someone just pays it without question.

On 5/31/18, I phoned Allserv Pro Clean to get information on getting a pet stained rug cleaned.The owner answered the phone and we had a cordial conversation. The man seemed to know his business. He explained what he would need to do, and quoted a very reasonable price. As any customer would, I had questions and some concerns about how the procedure would affect the walls as he mentioned he would need to spray them. He got very upset stating why would I do anything that would hurt your walls. He said you need some cheap guy, thank you, and he hung up!!! I was in SHOCK! I couldnt fathom why he would hang up on a prospective customer because they asked a question or voiced a concern that needed to be addressed. Called him back and had to leave a message simply stating that I didnt understand why he hung up. Wont call him again nor will I refer anyone to him.Then to top this off, after giving him one star review he answers back, sorry could not help you and we got cut off! A HUGE LIE!After asking a question like prospective customers will and have a right to do so, he yelled at me and said, GOOD BYE and hung up!I called him on his lie and his next response was an even bigger lie. We had a 15 min conversation and in no way did I behave like he couldn’t help me... just had a concern. His ego got in the way of answering my concern.Im sure he does fine work but his customer service skills need help. Trust me, I have 42 years experience in customer service.... I did not deserve his rude treatment and though I understand his lies are to make my review have less sting, lying for any reason does not make for good business!By the way, I had two guests here with me who heard the conversation.

Every time carpets come out looking brand new and this is the first time we’ve had him Power wash our porch. Due to storms from past several years, it was very heavily stained and molded. Although, it does not look brand new, it looks very close to being brand new. it’s the next best thing for a 12-year-old house. Who is always prompt and on time, as well as being very polite and informative as to all work that will be performed on site. As well as what chemicals will be used and how. Regardless of the amount of phone calls containing follow-up questions, Hugh is always happy to answer and Give complete detailed answers.
