Love that the vacuums are free! Although I didnt check it out myself, I was told that you can shampoo your rugs for free as well so thats Cool 😎. I paid $2 for 5 minutes using the vacuum at 7-Eleven and it wouldnt barely suck anything up. Couldnt even get it all done in time but then went to Tommys and was able to do it free. Vacuums are MUCH stronger too so thats a win/win 😉

I had come here to run my new car through the carwash but didnt realize my car was too low (Porsche Cayman S) to go through their machine until I was already up to it. They helped back other cars to get me out and then hand washed my car without an overcharge which was stellar of them. I knew I got an even better wash than had I gone though the machine. I tipped the worker well, he really cared how the car looked and I appreciated that. Thank you Tommys Express!!!

I locked my keys, wallet and phone in my car at Tommy’s Car Wash today. All the young people working there were super nice and very accommodating! Helped me get in touch with AAA and gave me a nice cool place to sit and wait!

This place is awesome! Went with the friend who washes his truck there all the time. Went in there this morning expecting to pay to use the vacuum but not get a car wash and they told me they are free all the time. And they work great! Definitely going to be a repeat customer

Paid for the extra for the wheels and the wheels did not look completely clean after going through the machine. Vacuums are kinda weak. They dont take all of the dust off the carpets.

The vacuums were not the best. For the price, the car wash couldve been better.I do like the mat cleaner, but honestly Ive been to other full service car washes that offer so much more. Im not satisfied and probably wont go again.

I been a member for a while now. Love it. Very convenient. Since i have 4 cars. My only issue is when it goes to dry your car. My car is sometimes left with soap and a lot of water on it. But for 58 dollars a month to do 3 cars. I really cant be super picky. But other wise great job guys. Your staff are super cool kids.

Nice and fast - although Tommys is often busy, they are efficient at getting everyone through the car wash in a timely manner. They even offer free vacuums! We opted to get a car wash and also purchased one of the little cleaning kits they provide for customers to use for detailing. Thank you for the kind and fast service!

All the workers work really hard. Tommy’s is always busy and I never see the trash cans overfilled and I thank them for that. Maybe just a little more time on the dryer end in the car wash 😂 and my car always smells good inside from going through the car wash.. I wish they offered a bucket with water and solution so we can brush wash parts of the car that the car wash might miss.. I will never go anywhere else except when I have to drive Uber at 4 in the morning and I forget to vacuum and wash my car so my riders do t have to enter a dirty car.. keep up the good work guys n gals you are all 👉great workers👈

Great service and value for ride share drivers. The one area that needs improvement is the spacing of the cars going through the wash is a little too close. they should wait for a car to get through the first set of brushes before having the next car enter the tunnel.

I visited Tommy Express on US 19 and SR 54 on May 16th, 2021. When I pulled into the cashier area, I was greeted by a man named Christopher Milo. The interaction I had with him made my day when I was really down. He made me smile instantly and made my experience a great one. I called the establishment and spoke to the manager about how good of an experience I had and he was very happy to hear it. Between my interaction with Christopher Milo and my interaction with the manager, it’s clear customer service is a priority for this establishment. In addition to that, my car was very dirty and had pollen on it that had been stuck for awhile. Going through this car wash got all of the pollen off and made it look beautiful. This was not my first time at this car wash and it definitely won’t be my last!

Quick & Easy, car goes on a moving platform & cleaned good. Vacuums are free if you wash your car or not. Car is dried by blowers, no hand drying.

I have been in the car wash business for 35 years Bought the top of the line package wills didnt come cleincome claim still dark mud in the wheelwheels and the tire dressing machine is a joke I knew I should have went to a hand car wash

I sincerely dont understand why it requires THAT many employees to run a car wash, but the cat was clean and everybody was pleasant to deal with.

First time going, staff is friendly and knows what they are doing. Like that I get free mat washings and vac but you need to bring your own towels. Overall awesome car wash

I really like the vacuums theyre extremely powerful and they get everything. The car mat washing station is also awesome. It saves a lot of time from vacuuming all of the floor mats. And being able to wash the floor mats is pretty cool too.

Come here sometimes for a quick clean. Some vacuums dont suck up as good as they use too. But would recommend

I absolutely LOVE this carwash.It is unlike any other. The carwash itself gets your car very clean, unlike most. And the vacuums work 10 times better than any other wash Ive used.I use the app and pay 35$ a month for unlimited washes with the top wash which is the worksAbsolutely worth the money and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good touch free car wash.Overall very well maintained as well!

Dirt still lingered on the sides and no it hadnt been there but a couple days.EDIT:As promised Tommys came for the win today as I returned for the free wash. Im not sure what happened on new years eve but this time I was extremely surprised and IMPRESSED to say the least now this was what I expected. I absolutely will return! This car wash is super convenient. I pay 40$ a month for unlimited car washes of the best quality...I go once a week and it pays for itself completely. Only issue i have is the vaccumes sometimes are stuffed and dont have suction, they need to be on top of that more and it would be perfect

Ordered the best wash... Car wash was quick maybe thats why all the my car wasnt to clean... Vacuums SUCKed and not the way I wanted them too... Horrible absolutely no suction!! Tried one then one vacuum.. Did like the 3$ Detail kit so for that Ill give it ☆☆

Yes for a quick wash. No pressure scrub by employees for trouble spots and the vacuum cleaners suck and suck poorly. No great attachments for the hard spots and not complimentary cloths and glass cleaner.

Awesome Your car ride on a conveyor belt instead of driving your car through rails and you can dry and vacuum your car once your out of the wash

Customer service was good, wash was very good. For not having been washed in a few months. It came pretty clean, and the free vacuum is great. I would think the monthly membership, would keep your car very clean. No damage, and your shine was impressive. Will return.

Great car wash but lately vacuums need attention

Ive been a member since they opened and I used to love it. Recently, the wash has been leaving grease on my car and the dryers are aimed too high to dry my car so I have to towel dry after the wash. It was never that way before and really defeats the purpose of the place

Im impressed!! I was in Port Richey from out of town and decided to pick this gem of a car wash. Thats a lot because no lie, there must at least a dozen car washes, if not more, on US 19 between Port Richey and Palm Harbor! I chose Tommys because it looked clean (no pun intended), it looked new and I liked the color of the building, eye catching! Love the free vacuums, though I had a little of an issue with one of them. It was blocked up with papers, pencils, and hair ties (some people) 🙄, that stuff should be thrown away. At any rate, I had to go through the cashier lane since I didnt have the app or gift card and the employee working was so nice and professional! He explained their offers well all with a smile. He even got a little treat for my little dog which added that extra touch. I chose the $20 wash which is their top of the line wash I believe and it did a great job! I couldnt believe my rims! These rims are so difficult to clean and yet this car wash made them spotless and my tires shined! I live in Tallahassee area and I hope there is one there. I would definitely be a regular if there is!

The staff are very friendly and its a nice place but I every once in a while I go I notice small scuffs and think thought it will buff out, no big deal. But today I then noticed this scratch on the side of my door that went though my paint. I know its not from anywhere else because I havent left my vehicle anywhere else besides house since the pandemic started. This is my third month on the ultimate car wash ($35 a month) and definitely my last. Im very upset because I just got this car and swore by this carwash because how well it performed until today.UPDATE: I received an email from their claims department practically stating that they didnt cause the damage. What a joke of a company. I dont know why I expected a resolution.

When I used this car wash and paid for the most expensive wash the car wash ripped off my side quarter panel and when I said something to the employees they went and got the piece that was ripped off my car and didnt even offer me a refund or a free car wash nothing at all

Just got done with my first experience. I came to have pollen and bird feces removed from my car. I paid 16 dollars to have the machine clean my wheels as well. Afterwards going to the local wawa to put air in my tires, the wheel wells were still dirty and there were still remnants of bird poop on the car. The employees are nice, but the quality of the wash was not worth the 16 dollars. I completely understand this isnt an in depth detail cleaning and was equally prepared for some dirt to be left over, but the stuff didnt even get the bird poop of my window or in front of my car. My garden hose and some windex could and will do better. I didnt vacuum and I am glad I chose not to based off some other reviews. It makes sense why the line goes so fast, they just shoot you right through and rinse your car. Very disappointed especially because the facility looks nice too.

Just paid $16.00 for car wash, it was terrible, didnt clean car very well and had to dry entire car.

I was excited to come to this car wash, up until I pulled out and parked to vacuum my car.It did not clean my car very well- AND it left scratches all over the hood of my car!! I take very well care of my vehicle and seeing a million small scratches is infuriating! Nothing can be done to make it right, as it should not have happened. I will continue to tell everyone not to go here.

I paid for the $20 wash and I wasnt fully impressed. The people there were nice but as expected from a machine wash it doesnt do the job. Lots of areas were missed, especially the back of my vehicle. Probably wont be back.

This place is legit. Everything is good. Just wish the vacuums were better, everyone has the same hard plastic ones. A new design would be better that can get into smaller spots and maybe a brush option.
