You did a great job on my mother house but the amount of nails and screws we found in the yard after you were done was unreal. Just the little section behind the house my husband found a handful of them.

My spouting was overflowing causing my basement to flood I got a text that they came looked at and it was $375 to replace the entire run.(how they got through my locked gate is a mystery) I had already had a 2nd company lined up to look at it. When the 2nd came they pulled a dead bird out of the spouting. $50 and the problem was fixed.

This company is absolutely the best! As someone who has only lived in rented apartments, I am handling my mothers affairs due to her being elderly and disabled. What I thought was only a repair that needed to be done, my mother ended up needing an entire new roof. I knew absolutely nothing about roofs, replacements, and didnt know the first thing about contractors. Mr. Aaron Tango was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful with all questions that I had, and he patiently explained the entire roofing process to me. I honestly thought that replacing a roof was something that took days, if not weeks to complete, and to my surprise, the job was done in one day! We were very pleased with the work that Tango and Gatti did for us! While they certainly were not the cheapest option, and they will tell you that they are not, the quality and professionalism was worth it! We would definitely recommend them for a roofing job you might have! They even went above and beyond and helped us to find a high quality foundation repair company to deal with some foundation issue we were having.

I do not lightly give 5 star reviews to any company or service provider, however I had to make an exception with Tango and Gatti. My first contact with Tango and Gatti was with Wayne Schlabach who came and evaluated my roof. Wayne was very professional and explained every aspect of how they were going to re-roof my home. Their people who applied my roof did exactly as Wayne described, and best of all finished in only one day. Also their cleanup afterwards was impeccable. Tango and Gatti has great service, great GAF products, and best of all, Stand by their work.

Tango & Gatti replaced my roof in May 2018 and the crew did an excellent job, despite the extreme heat and nasty slate removal from the existing roof. The sales rep I dealt with, Wayne Schlabach, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and answered all of my questions. Wayne went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with the roof replacement from the day he came out to quote it, through to after the project was completed.

Ive use Tango and Gatti over the past few years and have always had wonderful service. This summer I had to have the roof replaced and I am blown away by the service I got. Wayne Schlabach came out early to meet my insurance adjuster and talked with him on my issue in a friendly and polite manner (the insurance adjuster even commented on how much of a relief it was). Once I recieved the go ahead Wayne made multiple trips out to answer questions I had and never rushed through anything and even went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. The roof was put on pretty fast considering I have a very large Victorian style home with lots of peaks and valleys! In the end my house never looked better and I can finally watch the rain from inside and not have to worry about it leaking. Wayne never treated me like a customer but more of a friend is willing to help with a large project. At the end of the job they made sure everything was put back better than it was when they arrived. The quality of product and the passion Wayne, and Tango and Gatti has for thier profession definatly shows in thier work and beyond. If you need it done hire these guys and ask for Wayne. You wont be disappointed.

UPDATED REVIEW***Mr Tango, the owner of the company, contacted me personally after reading my review, he was very apologetic, professional and pragmatic. He offered to meet with me and evaluate the situation. He was prompt and communication with him was easy and responsive. We were able to reach a compromise, they repaired all of the issues and I must say this experience was much more in line with what I’d hoped for in initially hiring the company. I can’t give a full five stars, since my experience for the first 6 months was so poor, but I now would recommend this company to family and friends in need of siding, gutter and roof work.Old review:Do you like contractors who do unnecessary work, are a pain to get to show up and leave your house in worse shape than when they started?? Then these are the guys for you!!! I hired them because of their overwhelmingly positive online reviews. After working with them, I strongly suspect those reviews may be fake, planted by either the company or friends and family. That being said, I’ll share my experience and let you judge for yourself.The Short Version of my experience: the company was very unreliable and unprofessional in doing an estimate and scheduling the work. They did unnecessary work and never fixed the problem that I hired them to address in the first place. They ended up causing damage to my home during their work and refused to acknowledge or repair the damage. They refused to offer any type of refund or remedy the problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!The Long Version:I contacted the company and explained the repairs that needed done: I had two spots on the corners of gutters that were leaking water from the seam. Mike, the guy in charge, made and then canceled or no showed/no called to five appointments. Every time I called him, he made some excuse and assured me that he would get back to me- he never did and I foolishly continued to follow up. Eventually (after several months) he did come out and do an assessment. He was nice enough (he is trying to sell you on repairs after all) and he ended up recommending some work that I was unsure was needed. He talked me into having a few larger downspouts installed, and since I thought he was an expert, I agreed. When it came to scheduling, it was again the same process of multiple calls to ask when the work would be done, with again many empty excuses and promises to schedule soon with no follow through. After waiting several months AGAIN, they did come and do the work. Within a week (once it rained) it was obvious that their repairs had done nothing. I called and after waiting another month, they can back to look at the problem. During this assessment, one of their repairmen jumped from one part of the roof on to a small overhang, which caused a loud crunching sound- predictably, after a few weeks, this part of the roof started to sag. Again, they failed to fix the leaking gutter and now I have a huge expense involved in fixing the overhang. After this last repair session, I started to get texts from Mike about paying my Bill- I was hesitant to do so since I was skeptical that their repairs had worked. I did end up paying them (BIG MISTAKE!) and I haven’t heard from them since. I have tried to contact them many times about this situation, but they either don’t pick up or say “We’ll look into it” without any follow through.Please, do not trust this company to come and do work at your home- they will not respect your home or stand by their work. My money is gone and my house now needs more, much more expensive work- don’t let this happen to you and your family!!

We were first introduced to Tango & Gatti through a small insurance claim a few years ago. When we were getting bids for a massive upgrade to an industrial property we were inclined to invite them back.Bidding Process: The scope of our project was huge and while several of the bidding contractors tried telling us expensive ways to accomplish our goals, Tango & Gatti did extensive diligence to quote exactly what was needed, refer sub contractors to perform projects outside their core focus, and ensure their bid was accurate in timing and competitive in price.Pre-planning Process: Before actual construction started, Tango & Gattis management, foremen, and project leaders met with us repeatedly to explain the process, lay out timelines, and answer questions.Construction Process: The crews began work exactly when they said they would. They worked long hours and stayed ahead of schedule. They cooperated with other subs, worked flawlessly with our internal staff, and stayed organized with deliveries. Our project finished ahead of schedule, even with several weather incidents. Even though there were only a few concerns, each was handled immediately and properly.Contingency Costs: Often a scary point on industrial projects, the salesman explained in detail the potential surprises that could have caused additional expenses and time delays. These were noted on the bid and assumed as risks. By the end of the project, contingency costs were only 0.6% of the entire project! Careful, diligent planning by Tango & Gatti is directly responsible for keeping this cost so minimal.Crew and Staff: Professional. When searching for a term that represents the working crews, professional fits perfectly because it encompasses all the attributes: courteous, expeditious, thoughtful, responsive, talented, and reliable. What was evident every single day was hustle. These teams made plans and executed them!Our project was handled and performed exactly to our expectations and beyond and hopefully acts as a showcase for the quality and service that Tango & Gatti offers. We look forward to working with them on more upgrades and would like to recommend them for any residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
