Takes awhile to fill out paperwork and they always need more. But eventually you get help you need

Confused why they need different stuff from. The other year .. want more and more paper sent when you think it be the same as last time...

Very confusing and hard to get through.

Had a appointment here the other day arrived on time and the staff failed to realize on 3 seperate occasions i was the only person there for the only scheduled appointment on the appointments only day. The staff are absent minded and lazy and rude i was told i was late and Had to leave even though it was their fault i was late they will run you through hours upon hours of bs just to tell you to leave its no wonder people are homeless when all the support methods for struggling families are like this
