Just rescue puppies that need rescued. . I posted a scathing post previously because the dog has issues and is a different breed than sold. We are going to love him anyways but they really need to be more clear- they are a broker. we really thought we were doing something good, and getting a goldie like my son always wanted. They are probably good people, I am just disappointed - we will love him no matter what...but for mutts they really should be only a 200/250 per dog. Do your own research on them - look up the facts for yourself.
We just adopted an Australian Shepherd, Border Collie mix. The people here made it so easy. We had to travel two and half hours so they made sure all of our questions were answered. Our new family member love us as much as we love her. Thank you Heaven to Earth Rescue. Willow (Lucy) is everything we were looking for and more.
Our puppy Ruby (originally Abigail) is nearly fifteen weeks old and we couldn’t be happier. This is our first rescue and Heaven to Earth made it a wonderful experience. Quick and courteous responses to inquiries and questions, thorough care and instructions. She is happy, smart, healthy and thriving and learning to become a little sister to our older Bouvier. We drove from Cleveland to adopt our Australian Shepherd/Cattle dog/ border collie mix in September of last year and we couldnt be happier. She is not only healthy and happy, but incredibly smart and easy to train with high energy. We are so lucky to have found Heaven and Earth. They really went above and beyond when we went to see her prior to adoption and sent us off with a puppy starter kit and so many amazing referrals for spaying, plus they get them up to date on many of their starter vaccinations. Hands down would recommend over and over!

They neuter the lg breed dogs before you pick up. LG breed dogs should not be neutered before the age of 9 months. This will effect there growth plates and hormones. They also removed extra dew claws on back legs. Big no-no for Great Pyrenees.
We love the dogs that we adopted from the Heaven to Earth Rescue. Our first Dog is very nervous but a sweetheart with a big preference for females. Our second dog is still a puppy and her true personality is developing.

The Lab Mix that we got from Heaven to Earth is almost 2 years old now. She has been the best puppy/dog. She has an amazing temperament, no health issues, and has been easy to train. I love her.REGARDING OTHER POSTS: She, and all the puppies, are NOT fixed prior to getting them. You get a voucher so you can get it fixed at the appropriate age so it is safe. Also, I like that the prices are not so low as to allow people the misconception that having a puppy is cheap. Weve spent thousands on ours already - especially early on. You have to consider vet bills (for a perfectly healthy dog) - for example she got bit by a dog and had to been seen by the vet immediately. Puppies also need lots of chew toys and bones, monthly flea medication, and quality food. Not to mention leashes, bowls, nails trimmed, and time time time. The lure of $10 Adoptions you see other places are very misleading about the true cost of a pet.
We had a fantastic experience at Heaven to Earth! We picked up Teddy (now Toby) on Sunday 2/23/2020 and he is a great puppy so far. Heaven to Earth takes care to place their dogs with appropriate owners and tries to make sure it will be a good experience for the owner and the dog. I highly recommend this facility and their people!
Me and my family purchased two chocolate lab puppies! I support businesses that rescue animals. They answered the many questions I had about adoptions, and recommended food for them. Very reasonably priced!Awesome and positive attitudes, is what I look for. They passed with flying colors!

False Advertising! They say that their dogs are fixed but they are not. They give you a voucher for a very minimal amount off that you have to mail back into them. So you pay the high adoption fee and then still have to pay to get them fixed. You can check every one of their descriptions and it claims they are fixed. You can get it done for free at their vet but if you don’t live close then you’re screwed. Nothing I’m stating is false. The only false statement is when they say their dogs are fixed.

Bought a beautiful border collie /schepperke mix.very healthy and well taken care of.the staff is wonderful and caring.the facility is clean and inviting.my puppy came with his first shots and a voucher for neutering when he reaches age appropriation. He was already puppy-pad trained!!!my family and I are pleased with our dog.highly recommend heaven to earth rescue. Starting with 5 stars because we got an amazing puppy here. She is so well behaved and smart. Their puppies are healthy and well taken care of.Deducting 1 star for false advertising. The puppies are not spayed or neutered as advertised. You have to do it yourself and they give you a $75 credit when you do. (Which doesnt fully covered spaying)Deducting 1 star because the puppies are sourced from the Amish which is a little shady. This place probably started as a rescue that saved unwanted puppies from being killed, however I get the feeling that the Amish now breed intentionally knowing that H&E will buy the puppies from them. So the problem is with the Amish, not H&E. But they are enablers.The Amish are also known for inbreeding so you take that chance when you get a dog from them.Its a gray area so you make the choice. Save an animal from being killed or enable the unfortunate Amish puppy breeders that dont play by ethical rules.
We adopted our puppy, Buddy(formerly known as Murphy) in Septeber 2019. He is healthy, happy, affectionate, and a total joy. He was obviously very well taken care of (and was not neutered at 10 weeks...we were given a voucher and our vet suggests we wait until he is 9 months old). Our experience with Heaven to Earth Rescue has been very positive!
They are careful about who the dogs go to - I love that. Facility and processes are clean. We got a schipperke border collie mix and we love him to pieces.

Finally got a email to call about puppy that I was trying to adopt. Never returned my call. Called back later that day and the lady was very rude and told me the puppy found its new home. Not sure I believe it. Still on the website. That’s ok because it would have had a great loving home and very spoiled !!
The woman essentially told me my current dog is extremely unhealthy even after speaking to my vet, who informed them that my dog is just fine. She said it made her sick because his ribs show just a little. I have a medium sized bull/lab mix who weighs 52 pounds (the ideal weight for his size according to my vets). Not every dog fills out, just like not every human fills out. My dog is mixed with many more breeds than just bulldog and lab, so theres no scale for where hes supposed to be. He eats 3 square meals a day of hills science diet with treats in between, plus hes EXTREMELY active. It made me sick to my stomach when she pretty much said that something is wrong with my dog and that my vets are wrong and that I should pay to see another. I wasted an hour and a half driving there and another hour and a half driving back for some lady who has no day to day interaction with my dog or family to essentially tell me Im neglecting my dog. I should never have wasted my time. There is something shady about this organization.
We adopted both of our puppies from this rescue. They were happy and healthy when we got them and they still are three years later! The people at Heaven to Earth Rescue really care about placing these puppies in a good home. I highly recommend them!
I spoke with Rachel a few days ago to ask if there were any pups available. I had looked on there web page as well. She was very nice and insightful!! I let her know what Little one we liked and we went threw a Q & A process. We passed! My little family couldnt be happier! Were seeing our little one this Sunday and giving him a good home. I cant wait to meet and thank Rachel. These people are very warm, caring and genuine. I would absolutely recommend them to any one. Thank you From Heaven to Earth Rescue for our Furry Son!!
My family and I have called a hundred times through out 2 days and every time it went straight to voice mail. Now we can’t get a puppy because it won’t let us email or call. Fix this.
Adopted a puppy Toby aka Ozzy, a fluffy Australian mixed breed . staff was very friendly and professional. They said that the dogs come,from an Amish farm, they save them from being killed. I guess not all those Amish are on the up and up. They only keep the females. But Ozzy has been a great puppy, very smart. The housebreaking is a struggle as all pups are. I would recommend them. ******Update*****Ozzy is almost a year old, great dog. Very intelligent.
We adopted Frankie (Cramer) and he is one of the best dogs I have ever had. Hes part lab and part border collie, smart and listens well. Rachel was very nice to work with. She also recommended that I take him to my vet when I got him home, which I did. The vet said he was very healthy and no issues.I recently had him spayed and sent all of the paper work to her and promptly received my $75.00 check. Thank you so much for our dog!!
Do not go to these people. I had an appt for my daughter and husband to drive an hour to visit a dog named Molly. We had every intention of getting a large breed dog. It didn’t matter color or breed. My purpose was a dog for my daughter and to fill in a hole left by our lab/Sheppard who passed a year ago. My daughter was so excited. When Rachel called to confirm I simply said my husband noticed 2 other dogs who were available by the name of Cheyanne and Cali. Once I said this Rachel said if I wasn’t absolutely sure I wanted Molly I shouldn’t come at all. What?!? We had every intention of getting a dog, but isn’t it right to meet the dog first, know the temperament, make sure there is a connection?? I told Rachel repeatedly that I disagree, we want a dog and are ready. Now she tells me that Molly’s brothers family wants her and she feels it’s best to give her to them since I’m not 100%. What?! Oh and then she throws in that since I’m not coming as the woman of the family then they won’t give me a dog. Huh?!? She knew my husband and daughter were coming. My husband had my full blessing to choose whatever dog my daughter wanted. I am a social worker by education if she wanted to do a background check. Again Rachel said No she was cancelling my appt!!! I told her my daughter is hearing all this in the car.Now my daughter is heartbroken and crying saying she wants Molly. Thanks Rachel. You want the best for your puppies? I think not. We are a loving home, with two loving children, a park close by, a fenced in backyard and have had a large breed before. You are not a nice person.

We got a puppy from here back in December of 2016 and are looking to get another this summer! Healthy and happy puppies, and the process of getting a dog was simple and quick! Great people, great dogs, you can’t go wrong with choosing to get your dog from here! We recommend them to all our friends and people at work!
A year ago we adopted through Heaven 2 Earth after searching closer to home and not finding any puppies that fit our wants/desires. They are 4 hours away from us.Contacting Heaven 2 Earth and talking extensively with Rachel I knew we had found where our puppy would be adopted from.I was like an expectant mom waiting for the right time and the right puppy to come along. When she did, we also adopted her brother. We couldnt be happier with our choices.On our first visit with our personal vet he was impressed with how Heaven 2 Earth got them ready to go to their forever homes. Making sure they were taken care both in health and emotional and that they had their vet records to show what had been given as far as vaccinations.In the future we will definitely look to Heaven 2 Earth to add any more four legged hairy children to our mix.
My girlfriend tried reaching out to From Heaven to Earth - South Euclid Chapter to schedule an appointment to look at a puppy. The receptionist asked if my girlfriend and I were married, and if we rent or own. She said we were not married and we rented, and before she could explain our living situation any further (We live in a duplex, my brother is the owner and lives upstairs, we have a fenced in yard, etc.), she was told that it would not work out because there are too many bad people out there and hung up the phone abruptly. This is by far the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. We are a growing family, and the proud owners of a 5 year old bulldog which, as any dog owner would know, is a high maintenance breed. This organization should be ashamed of themselves for treating people the way we have been treated.**I just wanted to follow-up on this 3 years later. That girlfriend of mine is now my wife, and we bought our first home in Kirtland in October 19. We would have been a great candidate for adoption. The only reason I followed up on this is because so many people have found my original comment to be helpful. I hope this serves as an eye-opener for the owners who rejected us based on their unfair judgment.**

I have the pleasure of having rescued two wonderful puppies from this organization. The first in 2017 and the second last week...i could not be happier with these two. The elder a border collie/lab and the younger an aussie sheperd/border collie... extremely healthy, obedient dogs but they are high energy so you must be committed to an active lifestyle or be good at enticing games of fetch...i utilize my bicycle for high speed runs, jogs, walks, and a neighbor that also loves to walk my dog... now hes looking forward to walking two lol... call the number on the site for specifics surrounding upcoming litters. Puppies go extremely fast. Best to plan ahead, call to get litter info and express your desire to adopt and theyll work with you.

I adopted a puppy from this rescue about 6 years ago and was not impress at all. The contract stated that I was required to spay my puppy once it reached 6 months of age which I did. I was supposed to call and let them know that it was completed. When I called, they didnt even ask for my puppies name or who I was! How would they have kept complete records of their animals without that? I now foster dogs for a local rescue and it really upsets me that they dont even check up on their puppies to ensure they have been altered. The reason that so many animals are being euthanized in the U.S. is because of people not altering their pets.I tried to leave a review on their website; however, they would not post it because it was a negative comment. They responded to tell me that there was a new girl that was answering the phones and she wasnt trained to get that information. First of all, this was 6 years ago and not once did anyone from the rescue call me to make sure I altered my puppy considering they didnt even ask for my information. You would have thought they would have called after she was 6 months old to ensure that the spay was done and request documentation since my information was never taken.Then about a year ago, I emailed them because the dog started fighting (really bad fights) with my other dog. I didnt want to euthanize her and knew that the contract stated that I had to return her to the rescue if I couldnt keep her anymore. I NEVER heard back from them!So not only do they not ensure the animals are altered but also dont EVER intend on taking any puppy back once they are full grown!There are much better rescues out there that really want to help the dogs they adopt out!

We found our Norwegian Elkhound/GSD mix on their website, after meeting her she stole our hearts. She is will be 2 yrs old in January 2020. She is the sweetest, happiest, healthy girl. She was Peaches but we named her Nala.I would absolutely recommend this puppy rescue. I still check their available puppys just incase I have to get another puppy someday 😏
I do see there are only puppies for adoption but what gets me is the price of the dog almost $500.00 geez I am not adopting a human Being for heaven sake! Look like nice puppies but geez the price of adoption is outrageous! If it is that expensive there had to be a way to cut the price by using a different vet or use a clinic instead much cheaper. And if they are getting them.from puppy Mills in the Amish country as I have read here by others you might as well beat the overhead and buy direct! I saw beagle puppies on here that interested me but I saw the the adoption fee and wow! Now wonder there are so many pets not adopted.

I wanted to directly address the comment about Amish breeders. What happens is that the Amish dont spay or neuter their working dogs. This leads to many unwanted pregnancies and loads of unwanted puppies. Normal practice is to drown the puppies, but places like this offer to take them with no hassle from those people to avoid the needless deaths. It just happens to work that people love puppies, so they are able to rehome them easily.
My dog wasn’t the breed they told me he was. He wasn’t the age they told me he was. They told me he was neutered and wasn’t. I paid all of this money to be lied to. If I could give negative stars I would.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. They lied about my puppy’s breed and my family only found out AFTER taking him to a vet of our choosing and owning our pup for a little over two months. We had to wait for him to grow a little to notice and the vet confirmed he was not the breed we were led to believe. They typically only have puppies which raises red flags.
My girl LeeLoo is about 18 mos. This is a great place to adopt a new 4 legged member of your family. :-) Very much worth the journey, money and time.

Prices are a bit high for a rescue. Plus all pups are fixed before you get them. Even if its a large breed. Not supposed to get fixed until over a yr old.
My boyfriend and I adopted our dog a year ago at heaven to earth rescue and he turned out to be the best dog Ive ever owned in my life ! I definitely would recommend adopting from this rescue group ! Thank you guys so much for my best friend ❤🐶
They are a high pressure sales. Will not let you see more than one pup. Hmmm why not. Did not return phone calls or emails except when you were potential adoptee. Poor poor business actions
Dogs are in great condition when received. Have gotten 2 dogs from them, both are healthy and happy .
Receptionist is not friendly at all. Worst customer service not to mention took me 5 calls to finally get an answer just to be let down.
