Ive never been to a post office with such friendly and helpful workers. Everytime Ive come in they have greeted me and assisted me with any questions Ive had with patience and are very efficient. Thanks 🤙🏾

Always had nice workers, but the USPS from this location getting its job done properly within a decent amount of time is another story. Even though I had talked with the workers pointing out international cards, Ive had mail returned 5 1/2wks after sending it out over 60cents. This mail only made it to Cleveland which could have been walked to multiple times in that time period.

Always pleasant and efficient, with a friendly and helpful staff. I think they do a great job! Some people really hate on them, and to those folks I say, Get a pony, deliver your own mail, or quit whining.

So many issues for years. Would give no stars if possible. My sons Halloween was ruined last year because they said they delivered a package with his coustume but we never recived it. Our packages have been at our neighbors house and we have also recived packages that were not ours. We personally take them to the right adress because we know it might not ever make it if sent back to the post office. We recevied a 3 day package a month late. But our most recent is our package was out for delivery we did not recive it so I tracked it again and it said held at post office via customer request. I never requested this and was literally standing at the window when the mail came watching. When I called they said they had no package at the post office and they attempted to deliver it but they still have no package. There was no attempt to deliver it to my house. They said they would take care of it but did not even ask my name. When I tried to call today the post office was closed due to a holiday.

Went there @ 10am. Lady working counter very rude... Wouldnt post mark my rent payment so now have to pay late fee because she wouldnt do her job. This post office is a JOKE ! Lady with black hair needs to be retrained. This has never been a problem with any other employees.

Terrible Automated Phone to call just to get hours for Good Friday weekend then I was on there for 10 min and it just gave me their everyday hours not the holiday I finally got the option to ask for a representative and it said the wait time was 45min to an hour!!! just to find the hours for good friday seriously! what a joke! why would you not just get the # for the actual post office. Oh and by the way they waste five minutes of your time rambling at the beginning of the call before the options about how they value your feedback and want you to stay on the line after and take a We Promise, Very short survey well they wasted any extra time I had rambling about taking it after the call. A simple stay on the line after for a short survey would do. Maybe they should read the Reviews they have on google and they will get a clue!

This is the worst Post office there is no help whit I asked help with moving my mailbox to the side of the house since I am a handicap woman and my mail keeps getting stolen they had no help for me and told me they were worried about the postman getting hurt by putting my mailbox on the side of the house the mail guy the postmaster is a very rude man he does not help will not hear anybody elses story very condescending and doesnt like when somebody ask him for help for anything but its okay for my mail to get stolen he told me to call the cops instead of getting my mailbox moved around to the house where it would be easy for me to use so instead I have to buy a lock box mailbox that comes out of my social security money and I dont have that much money in the first place this place is awful the mailman that works on my route should be ashamed of himself theres no danger theres no dog for him to get around they just lazy braid walk 10 more steps to deliver my mail safely in the postmaster he is the most nastiest man Ive ever met in my life just like Hispanic saying he cant be a bigot yes he can just cuz you expand it doesnt mean youre not a bigot if my box number was in a rich neighborhood would be all good I would have mailbox prove to move that day but like I said if you aint right white you aint right The whole Towns that way

Shocked to have mail returned for insufficient address. The only thing not in the address was ST for streetDoes the delivery person read the address? 11 days to return mail is far too long. Of course the USPS website only has information about mail with tracking numbers. Must we have to purchase a tracking # to have mail delivered!!!! Sure wish I could call the New Philadelphia Post Office and talk to a real person.

Q. What post office doesnt have a mailbox outside for the public to use during off hours?! A. This one! 😡

Get an actual phone number to call instead of an 800#. I dont wanna talk to someone somewhere else. I want to speak with someone at MY LOCAL OFFICE.
