Someone did laundry with oil on their clothes and because i had to switch dryers because they werent getting warm to dry the clothes i didnt notice that there was residue in the dryer it ruined and melted one load of my daughters clothing.

I will never return here. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Washer I used is apparently broken with no sign on it. Washed my clothes but stopped at some point with a lid warning on the screen. Could not get it to work again and clear the water in the washer. Another customer told me this is a constant issue with that same washer. Talked to the manager who happened to walk in and he didnt offer my money back, simply said I must have overloaded it in a tone that nobody would appreciate. I had to demand my money back for the wash. Blaming your customers saying its their fault for your lack of maintenance is not how to run a business. I would rather hand wash my clothes in a freezing river than return here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I wont be back. Im new at this and NO ATTENDANT and NO PHONE NUMBER for help. No one else in here to ask. I put $7.75 in the big washer with extra wash and extra rinse. I watched my settings very close and even took a picture to show my client how much it cost, also showing that I set it on warm wash, making sure it was not on delicate. Got it started and wondered why it wasnt washing. IT REVERTED BACK TO DELICATE!!!!! and I could do nothing about it !!!! So my two bedspreads are not clean, and my money and supplies are wasted !!!!

Does anybody know how to get in contact with the owners here? I tried to get $20 in coins & the machine never gave me my coins.

I went here to wash clothes since my machine is broke. Several people no mask, packed with unmasked people and masked people. Nobody really wiping down any machines. I went back out to my car to sit because I was afraid of sitting inside there . I have health issues and do not want to caught COVID because masks are not worn and wiping down for cleaning not being done. It is all about safety and we all need to think more about others safety.

Kept very clean with nice variety of washers to choose from. Dryers are nicely hot.

Always clean. The lady that works there daily does her absolute best to keep up with the traffic. Its never in disarray.

The water smells like sewage. I thought it would go away but its been like this over 6 months. Im here now I tried to call the number it says its disconnected. I pay $3.25 a load for top loader. I love this one but the water is so nasty. Also my clothes are always still dirty after washing them. Residue all over clothes.

The big machines on the back seem new and work ok from what I see, however the dryers are spotty. #22 didnt spin, so I moved my laundry to #20 which spun but did not dry. Im currently on dryer #3, we will see how this turns out...Also the dryers dont give you an estimated time, so Ill just keep feeding quarters one at a time and hope for the best I guess.

My laundry machine washer broke so i came here to do laundry. First the machine took $3. Then my kids pointed out cockroaches on the wall!!!!! DISGUSTING!!! Tried to contact the manager with the available telephone #. Went to the payphone inside. What a frickin joke!!! Do not come here! With all the money they make they can surely afford monthly extermination!!!!

Quick place to do laundry if you dont mind outdated machines AND cockroaches - not a joke. I did leave my laundry basket solo for a solid 30 mins and the other customers didnt steal it, so thats pretty cool.

I think this place is overpriced compared to the other laundromats in town. I came here first because the other ones for some reason are not on Google. Their machines dont wash well and their dryers dont indicate how many quarters you need to put in there and how much time its going to give you per quarter. It burnt two of my comforters after drying for 15 mins. After finding the other laundromats in town I never went back

Machines were clean, staff was super friendly and helpful.
