I have been a customer at Dunkin’s Diamonds for many of years, Saturday I had the most knowledgeable and helpful woman assisting my husband and myself. I wish I had remember her named (blonde hair and blue eyes). She has only been there for a few days. She has a delightful personality and you could tell that she has a passion for helping clients finding exactly what they want.

We love Dunkins Diamonds! They have the best jewelry for reasonable prices. If they dont have what we are looking for, they help us special order what we want. We had custom alterations done on wedding rings. Their insurance is really good for repair. They have the friendliest sales associates. We always go to Dunkins for our jewelry. We refer them to all our friends and family.

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would.I had to replace my watch battery and recently moved here and a friend said to go here. I brought it in and they went to replace to battery and broke the hand on my Gucci watch. The person then asked if I brought it here like that, what? Why would I bring my broken watch to get a battery replacement.They luckily fixed my watch, I just had to wait over a month.Next time I need any type of jewelry of help with my designer accessories Ill just drive the hour to Cleveland.This mall is totally depressing and and a waste of time.If Im going to shop local for jewelry ill go to House of Stones.Tasteless local jewelry store with poor customer service.

We came in today to have a watch battery replaced. My father recently passed, and my son is going to wear his pocketwatch at the funeral tomorrow. Hes fascinated with clocks and watches, but we knew he would be heartbroken if it didnt actually work. Kaeline (I think was her name? Kalie? Katie?) greeted us when we walked in, and sat right down to work on it. Even made sure to keep a cloth over it to protect it, and gave it back to us with the right time and date set. Incredible service, especially considering we had tried Kohls first, and were told rather brusquely that they werent allowed to do that right now because Covid. So thank you, Dunkins for saving the day.

My fiance and I went into dunkins diamonds searching for our wedding bands. Thats when we met Dakota. He was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable on different rings and what we could have done with them. A few weeks later I went back and purchased her rings. They needed sized so Dakota said that he would send me a discrete message when they were done so she wouldnt know what was going on. Everything worked out perfectly. I was able to pick up the Rings without her even knowing or suspecting anything. It meant a lot having somebody I could trust and count on for this step in our relationship. My fiance and I will be Dunkin diamonds customers for life.

My fiance came here to pick out an engagement ring, the staff was very nice and was very will to help him. When they sold him the ring they failed to tell him that the ring WAS NOT REAL GOLD. It was S4. I was heartbroken when I realized it and so was he. I didnt even wear the ring thinking he would be able to return it. Four days later he went back, and. Apparently there is a no return policy. It is absolutely ridiculous that you can not return a ring that you were not given all of the information about. He thought he was buying a quality white gold product. Staff just wanted to make the sale and gave no information about the product. What kind of company does that? We will NOT use it as an exchange, and will NEVER shop or recommend this store to anyone. Buyer beware. Worst experience at a jewelry store we have ever had.

Had some sizing issues with my rings. They were both supposed to be made the same size and they still arent. Ive had others look at it too and they clearly arent.The engraving was well done. Shined up nicely to pick it up.

My experience at Dunkin is always awesome ! They have amazing products and speedy service on repairs. I’ve even had some custom work done. They made me a sick diamond pinky ring. My favorite employee is Mike Watkins. He has hooked me up with some nice bling !

I have a rope chain that was very worn, and in dire need of mending. The first two times it was repaired it was sub par to say the least. (Please note: the repairs were subbed out by a third party) Then in swooped Randi who took it upon herself to make sure this special piece of jewelry was repaired to a standard we both expected. She knew just the jeweler to send it to. I felt as though it was her mission that I left a 100% happy customer. Being from out of town and most likely not ever being in the area or purchasing anything from their store, which she also knew, was not a factor. She was not concern about getting a returning customer. Although, based on my experience I will/would definitely return if Im ever in that area again.Once the mended chain was returned to Dunkin, she called to inform me. You could tell that she was just as happy about the job as I would be, and am. I couldnt even find the repaired location. Dunkin did not charge me either due to the delay, and my patience. Their only concern was making it right and making sure I was happy.You just do not see this type of commitment to customer satisfaction much anymore. It is greatly appreciated, and if there were more employees like Randi Brick and Mortar location might not be such a dieing breed. Thank you Randi and thank you Dunkin Diamonds!

We paid off my fiance weeding bands and there card machine charged my card 4 times. I did not receive any kind of empathy or sorry for the mistake that has happen.when I asked one of the employees when to check our banking to see when we would be getting our money back they told us the wrong time.I had my finger sized there 3 times n the 2 times before each worker said I where an 8.5 and I told them I thought the ring was to tight until the last time they let me try on a 9. The lady on the phone dealing with the issue of the money situation could of at least apologized to us for the inconvenience. We also had to wait 5 days for our money back.
