Everyone is very friendly and helpful!! This facility has A lot of equipment and is very clean. The staff is constantly sweeping, mopping and wiping down the machines. Great place to workout!

Here at least twice and week. Really clean gym, staff is friendly. As a truck driver have to take advantage of locations like this as much as possible.

I usually go during nights when I go, and the staff have always been very nice and friendly. Theyre pretty much always cleaning when they arent greeting people at the counter, and theyre quick to help if you need something. Its always been clean and pleasant with good service when I go!

If I could rate zero I would. I attempted to cancel my membership IN PERSON nearly a year ago, I had a black card, they told me I could not cancel because I had not had the membership a full year, they could demote it to a regular membership and it would charge the $11 until the year came up and then it would cancel, it NEVER did. I called again and they told me I shouldve been allowed to cancel the membership at any time if it was current, which I had autopay so it was current. They canceled my membership OVER THE PHONE after trying to make me come in, then refused to refund any amount back to me even though they had the paperwork that i had tried to cancel months ago. Will not be returning to any location.

Im a little disappointed with their stand up tanning beds! For two weeks there have been 5 bulbs out of bed 2. I keep asking if theyve been changed before I go in, and every attendant has said yes... then I get in there and no... bulbs are black and 5 wont even light... maintenance of stand up beds is poor!

I will never step foot in a Planet Fitness again. And let me start off my saying I went there on 1/14/21 to get help and left in tears. The staff couldnt be more unhelpful and rude. I was mortified. If youre already in shape, go ahead and use PF and let them take your money. If you need a real change, though, this is not the spot. Judgement free?! I think not....

This gym is poorly ran, as you guys know its very hard to cancel your memberships because you have to return to your home store to do so, or you can send a letter in the mail. As I have moved an hour plus away from this store, after I received my October charge I sent two letters in the mail canceling my membership. I was charged for the month of November, so I called the store, told them I had sent two letters, had them cancel my membership, and asked for a refund. They told me someone would get back to me within 24 hours, and after me calling the store two more times and sending two more emails, I received an email this morning saying they will not issue a refund because I called and canceled my account after I was charged. Well of course I called after I was charged, as I had sent two letters and didnt expect another charge. As far as I know they did get my letters and just refused to cancel my account, I am so disappointed that this company will not refund $20 to an upset customer, Ive worked in customer service all my life and have refunded much more money for smaller issues to make sure the customer is happy and returns, and now I will be warning people I know that go to gyms that Planet Fitness treats their customers like this. Please beware.EDIT: The owner responded to my comment and told me to contact their website. Their website emailed me and just told me what I already know, each store is individually ran and I need to contact the manager at the store. I already did that. How hard is it to issue a refund? Why are you sending your customers in circles instead of just dealing with the issue? Please beware of this company.

Reading through the reviews I see that I’m not the only customer that has experienced the issue I have today. I have moved away from the area, over 2000 miles away and couldn’t return to the area to cancel my membership. The local planet fitness where I moved to said they cancelled my membership for me, 8 months ago, they made the phone and said it was taking are of. I thought great. The location closed due to covid heard nothing from planet fitness as I shouldnt have and now today, they’ve taken $508 from my bank account. After calling the new philly location, I got the run around phone excuses and they’d call the other location but there would be no refund. Not a very creditable business.Update - I received an email from a representative from Planet Fitness regarding my issue, this person was great. Unfortunately I was referred to calling the New Philly location again and spoke to the same person I originally spoke with, which claims something different occurred than my first conversation with this person. I was then referred to the district manager that doesn’t even have the professional decency and ethic to respond. I now understand why this entire scenario occurred. This should probably be a topic of discussion within their next management meeting.4 months later.... the saga continues with this place. I have for some reason out of the blue been charged $41. I have no membership, I live 2500 miles away and yet I still can’t get an answer from anyone at this place... just the run around stories and them taking money from my account. At what point does this become a crime?

Very Welcoming atmosphere. I was so scared to start going to the gym as I have really gained weight since having my baby. Their personal instructor there Holly comes with your membership. Check on the paper at the schedule that she has for all her training sessions and she really is wonderful and helpful and helped me with working out. Everyone I have encountered there at that gym is kind and if you have any questions they are really kool about answering them.

Visiting from Mi. Everything I expected. Just as great as my hometown one I belong to. Wish I could give this branch an extra star for hiring someone 50+. Even though everyone is always professional and pleasant, it was nice seeing someone behind the counter in my age group.

Its a family oriented gym. Clean and has everything you need for a good workout. If you are looking for a much heavier workout, the free weights are limited.

Very poor customer service. Older lady working the counter in the evening is stuck in a Time Warp. We are no longer in the era of fighting for civil rights like Martin Luther King or are we. Very mean aggressive person, cannot believe shes working at the front counter greeting and being the face of Planet Fitness. Shame on you Planet Fitness.That being said there was a very nice customer seeing what was going on more than willing to insist with the situation at hand thanks again for that stand-up citizen / customer.

Worst gym in the Tusc. county. Asked me to leave because they accused my boyfriend TWICE for training me. So I guess you cant go with a friend and ask for advice or get help from anyone other than an employee, which from the looks of it they have no clue what they are doing. They would rather someone hurt themselves then ask for help from a friend. Its against their policy. My advice.... go to a real gym!!

I really love working out here. It does get really crowded at times but if you go really early or late in the evening it is pretty quiet. It is convenient, good price, good tanning beds, nice equipment and friend staff.

Go here only if you want to wait and watch people texting while sitting on the equipment in the 30 min circuit room.

Great place, everybody is welcomed by the great staff, they are so helpful and friendly. They make you feel like family. Great supervisor, named Paula, who goes above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Very clean too!! So glad my husband and I joined.

24 hours, plenty of equipment for strength and cardio. Circuit training room, abs room, stretching room. Easy quick workouts. Lockers, showers, tanning.

One of the gyms in New Philadelphia with affordable monthly payments. If you pay for the black card membership you are able to use the tanning booths and massage chairs! Relatively clean and most people clean the equipment after each use. I would recommend this place to anyone thats beginning to work out. They have dumbells and basic equipment along with a stretch room, abs room and circuit training. The circuit training room is my go-to work out routine. There are lots of treadmills and ellipticals. 4 stair climber machines. No squat racks. Squat machines are the Smith machines. There are peak hours but never super packed where youre waiting to use the machine. Gotta love the free tootsie rolls.

As with any Planet Fitness, the front desk staff is hit or miss. The trainer is almost always on site and very helpful, however, and its clean and well stocked (unless theres a cute girl at the front desk, then who knows).

This gym is a joke. They let me know I couldnt have a large water bottle on the floor because its a rule but so is not wearing cutoffs and they dont seem to be interested in enforcing that. Dont sign up if you intend on achieving any goal no matter how small unless its being able to eat a whole box of the free pizza but achieving fitness goals are frowned upon here.

You will not feel like your wasting your money here.I was a former member of another fitness center and they didnt have the selection of equipment that pf offers or did they offer the 24 hr services..I cant say enough positives about pf 😊

Went in for the first time to start my 45 day training for military school and the staff was very good at encouraging and motivating me as soon as I came in. They even ask me to tell my story, because they said I had a good one.

This place is the biggest joke I’ve ever been to. Constantly taking out more money then they are supposed to every month and over drafting my account. And when their system messed up and didn’t take money out of my account for a month I got charged for that month and the next month as well plus a late fee.
