I have used New Philly Plumbing on two occasions now. First, was last year to replace two outside taps and second was just a week or so ago to replace a wax ring on a toilet. Small jobs yes but both were done quickly and professionally. Ive found our new plumber and wont even bother looking elsewhere. Give them a try and I doubt you will be disappointed.

Plumber is good but the office manager (Mary his wife, who used to work for Peterman Plumbing where they met and opened their own plumbing business.Mary just drags this business down, she was unpleasant when she worked at Peterman and is still the same way and maybe more.They did work at my house and the work was A+, done on time, done correctly and done at a reasonable price (roughly $800+ job). It was a decent sized job as I had them swap out my old pipe for new lines.The next time I called, my job was not big enough for them to bother with. The next time I called, my job was big enough but they just didnt have the time, I tried one more time (like I said, he did a good job and the price was fair to me) same issue, it just wasnt a big enough job for them to waste their time (her words not mine) so thats why the two stars.I just find it hard to believe that paying a job is a waste of time?
