We used Ridgway Auto for the first time this week to repair one of our vehicles. Adam and his team did excellent work! We’re very happy with the communication from Adam and his work!

Im a Medical Professional Frontline worker, Adam and Maggie are always there taking care of me and my cars. My dad went to them for years since I was little and a dealership didnt put oil in my car for an oil change, and my dad told me to take it to his place about 6 years ago. I go to them for everything now. Adam was so right anything the dealership does he can do. Its better price. Adam is so honest, he will tell you if something needs fixed right away or if it can wait at oil change appointment. They have been very compassionate, family oriented, there for you to help you and take care of you.

I rented a Uhaul through this business and I had an AMAZING experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and took the time to show us how to set up the trailer etc. The entire process was quick, but my time at the business was very impressive. I look forward to going back in the future if needed!

True service thank you adam back story here ...so I was almost 1.5 hrs away and my wife happen to break down just up the road adam personally made sure my wife and child was safe and back on the road .... thank you again adam for fixing her up and getting her back on the road I couldnt be more pleased

Most honest professional auto repair around. There are several good mechanics around. But here you have the rare combination of good mechanic and honest mechanic. I highly recommend as your go to location for honest reliable service at a fair price.

I live about 1.5 hours away from KC’s shop. I was just passing through on my way to the airport where I was picking up a friend and since I was early I stopped for some food. When I went to get back in my car it would no longer start. I asked a lady for a jump and when the car started to smoke she offered to go to a mechanic up the road and see if they would be willing to help me out. I was panicking so I gladly agreed. Adam came down crawled under my car on the hot concrete and said it was my starter and that it was fried he the offered to fix it but informed me his shop was backed up and it would be around 5 when he would be able to work on it. I let him know I needed to be in Akron to pick up my friend and he immediately offered me their car. At this point I’m blown away. I then let him know I only have $70 cash on me. He says don’t worry we will figure something out. I go pick up my friend and come back where eventually they tell me they have to find a way to drag my car from the restaurant down the road to the shop. Adam called his father-in-law to help him tow it with his truck so I wouldn’t have an extra charge of a tow truck. His wife was amazing also the whole time my friend and I waited she talked to us and made me feel less stressed. Anyways they fix the starter and told me bill showed me the price break down and then told me that they would charge my card in a couple days. I had time to go home and put money in my account. My point to this crazy long story is that KC’s is amazing and I will 100% be back soon! And a sincere thank you to Adam and his wife!
