On a long drive from Charleston, SC to Cleveland area my car started making a weird noise 10 hours in close to midnight. I pulled off on the New Philadelphia exit because it had a couple motels and I can’t say enough about how lucky I got. I was in a real pinch being so far from home and not knowing anything around and Josh made me feel like I was a regular customer. I dropped my car off Thursday morning and despite having a completely full docket of cars to work on (for likely local clients) he stayed late and came in early the next day to make sure I could get my car back before closing for the weekend. I was also given a VERY fair price compared to what I’m sure I would’ve gotten at a more corporate garage in the area. This place went above and beyond for a total stranger in a bad situation, wish there was a 10-star review. Thanks again Josh and crew! Happy holidays!-Stranded from SC (home safe and sound)

Rick and Josh are great people. Josh is our main mechanic. They never rip us off and are willing to do whatever they can to fix or vehicles. Also, if its not worth the fix, they will let you know that rather than charge you an arm and a leg for nothing. Full recommendations!
