We loved this house. I have rented about 10 VRBOs in my life and this has to be at the top of my list. The location was great, on the quieter side of bourbon street and on the edge of the french quarter but, not to far to walk to all the action. We sat out front one night with some cocktails and just watched people walk by. The back yard area of the house is very nice as well, great relaxing area. The house was very well stocked and liked that every room had their own bathroom. Great people to work with too, very friendly and quick to respond to emails and texts. We are planning to come back to visit again because we enjoyed it so much and will be staying in the beautiful home again.

Our first trip to New Orleans was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to John & La Maison Marigny! My wife & I spent a week exploring the city and we couldnt imagine a better home base. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious & energizing. John was incredibly knowledgeable and a very impressive host! From this point we really explored the entire city and I sincerely cant imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Within minutes of all the restaurants and bars. Very clean and well kept. Better than staying at hotel. We had full use of kitchen, though we didnt take advantage of it. Just like having a house down here.

The place was fine. No real frills, seems to be nice enough, clean, and friendly enough. They didnt really do much to go above and beyond but I like the atmosphere.

Excellent place to stay when in New Orleans. Far enough outside the French Quarter you dont get the loud drunk tourists, hut within walking distance to lost everything in the quarter, or just a short cheap Uber/Lyft ride.

Beautiful home! Clean, updated, safe, indoor/outdoor area was relaxing while being comfortably on Bourbon St. I would definitely stay here again!!!
