Great service!! We had three major stump projects for Thaddeus, and he got to work without a second thought. We had a huge crepe myrtle up against a wooden fence, a water oak that had grown through a metal fence, and a maple in the middle of our patio (that was surrounded by rocks & glass walls). Hank came after giant tree was uprooted on my property after the last hurricane. He was so quick, understanding, and extremely thorough, even using a blower to clean up everything perfectly afterwards. He really paid attention to detail in his work. Also, he was going through my neighbors property, and was careful to leave it clean. I wish everyone did such a great job with such care and attention. (2 people passed on my job because a metal fence had grown into the tree, and he didnt hesitate.)

Hank has much better equipment than some of his competitors and was able to finish up a large stump grinding job that someone else we hired said wasnt possible. This other person we hired at 1st charged us anyway even though he didnt finish. So we hired Hank to finish up the job and he was very professional, quick and efficient and even did a good job of cleaning things up so I didnt have wood chips all over my lawn.

I looked at previous reviews and decided to give Hanks a try. Called May 4th at 8am. Hank said he would be in my area that afternoon and would call me when he would be at my home. Didn’t show. Called next morning 9am left voicemail. Never responded. Finally contacted another company and they took care of my needs. Hanks is not reliable as far as I’m concerned.

Got Hanks number from a neighbor who highly recommended him. Called him, he answered his phone, and he came the next day to do the stump removal of several dead/decaying ligustrum bushes. These bushes were 40+ years old and quite large. His price for the job was very reasonable and he cleaned up the area really well. Will definitely use Hank again in the future and highly recommend him! Quality job,, quick response, and very easy to work with!

Mr. Hank was a really nice guy and very easy to get along with. We talked about all kinds of stuff. As far as the work goes, he should be rated much higher than the competition. I had three other no-shows this week, so I was a little sketchy. I also had a guy who previously came and was supposed to grind this stump. He did not, and Mr Hank showed me the proof.He said he would be here at 9am, and he was here exactly at 9am ready to give me a quote. He also had his machine on the trailer. Got started right after the fair-priced bid, and it only took him an hour to finish up a huge stump.To top it off, he dug a big hole with his machine for me since he knew I was going to plant a new tree in one spot and also cleaned up everything with a blower right before he left.I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a stump ground up.

All my questions about the process were answered, with words and pictures, on Hanks website. I was even more impressed when I found out Hank built the website himself.I hired Hank today to grind several China Ball tree stumps that had grown through the fence in the back corner of my property in Gentilly.
