Just had our car towed by Abraham. He was exceptionally nice and knew what he was doing. Our key was stuck in the ignition and he was able to jump our dead car and remove the key. After he got the car loaded up he told me, Shes off to the doctor now. He made me laugh even in a crappy situation. I would recommend this company and ask for Abraham!

1. Stop hanging up on your customers.2. Call customer before picking up their car so not to leave behind crucial components like car keys.3. Give customers timely responses and full attention on the phone so they actually know youre still on the line (and not ignoring them) and talking to them and not the food delivery person.

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional staff. My car was there 3 months for a motor job. Picked it up and it ran the same way as when I brought it there. Nothing was done that was supposed to be done. My husband and I were asked for extra Money to fix things that were not done. Oil wasnt changed, spark plugs werent changed, hoses were loose along with a lot of other issues....CORNELL is a liar and a fast talker, hes not to be trusted. Brian, whose the owner wouldnt talk to me, he was on the phone the whole time I tried to talk to him. Eventually he brushed me off and brought Cornell back out. Never going there again!!!!!!!!!

By far the worst customer service i have ever experienced. After calling road side service through my insurance, the tow driver insisted storing my vehicle due to the dealership being closed (which i believed to be a ploy to make extra money from the tow order)...for a week and 3 days the tow driver, BRIAN, was not available and refused to answer or return phone calls (voice mailbox remained full) when contact attempts were made by myself and insurance adjuster. After making several phone calls and having to drive to the business location TWICE, Brian finally called my adjuster back (after 1 week and a half). Brian sent another driver to drop off my vehicle to the dealership where he requested a check, but did not have a bill or invoice for the services provided(or lack thereof). #iwouldratherpushmycartoashopthanusetheirservices

Audi of Baton Rouge called Tru auto about towing a family members vehicle from my home to the service center because it wouldn’t start. Your wrecker truck was parked on my driveway long enough to leak enough oil to leave a spot roughly 12” in diameter. My HOA will give me notices on this. I called to report it and the dispatch said they would get right back with me. It’s been 48hours and still no call and oil is still all over my driveway!

One star only because I had to give one to write this review. They were dispatched by Ford Roadside assistance with an ETA of 2 hours. Got a text after two hours stating it would be 50 more minutes. I called and spoke to someone while I was waiting and was told the first tow truck broke down hence them having to dispatch another and the additional ETA time. After waiting 3 1/2 hours, now back on the phone with Ford Roadside and they are sending a new company out!! Don’t waste your time or money with “Tru” Automotive.

Horrible experience, my car stall at around 7:00 . I called for service and received a hour turn around, guy never showed up and I called back at 8:30 and the guy told me service will be at my location in another 30 min, when I ask why driver is taking to long response was there is a lot of traffic in the area..I found that hard to believe when its Sunday Night in New Orleans.. so I waited another 20min guy never showed up again. When I call back he claimed someone canceled the service.I was pissed so I told them it wasnt me and then they said it would be another 30 min ..I waited they didnt show up till 11:30 pm ..That was 4 hours ..Like wow this place sucks I highly recommend no one use this service..😒😡😠🚛

Worst experience Ive had with roadside assistance. Id placed the service call with my insurance for my car the day previously in order for it to be towed today. I then called the towing company an hour before the scheduled towing to check that everything was okay. The woman who took my call, Trudy, stated that she never received the message from my car insurance company that I needed a towing. I stated I had received a text confirmation that this company had received the message. She spoke over me when I voiced my concerns, hung up on me twice, sent me to voicemail when I tried to call back, and additionally stated that she had received multiple rewards for great customer service, so my frustration was out of line. Since she claimed to be the supervisor, I asked for the owners number. The owners number was bogus.

Charles was an exceptional driver and very calming in a stressful situation. I had a busted tire and he towed it to the dealership while taking me as well. I felt very comfortable and couldn’t recommend using this company and him enough when you’re in a tough situation! Unlike other reviews, my ETA was 60 mins and he was there in about 20 mins so I was pleasantly surprised about that! Thank you Charles for making the situation a lot more bearable!

Company is great, Staff is very Helpful and Respectful, they took a lil while to pickup my vehicle but the dispatcher kept me posted on wat was going on with the driver and when the driver finally arrived, he apologized for any inconvenience and did a wonderful job with my vehicle.

Owner signed a one year lease and wrote a hot check. Strongly advise against doing business.

4 1/2 HOUR WAIT!!I dont know if I just had bad luck but after being stuck on a bridge. I called for a tow and they said 1.5 hr wait .. well after that time I called back every 20-30 min I kept calling back and they would tell me he was on the way only 20 min more.. it turned out to be a 4.5 hour wait if they would of just told me it was going to me so long I could of called a different place and not of been stuck for 4.5 hr.. on top of all that when the driver got there he seamed nice. Got dropped off then he asked me for a Tip.. a TIP because he needed gas for his truck.. I couldnt believe it.. I actually thought he was joking but then he got on the phone. When I asked him if I needed to sign anything else he ignored me and got in the truck and left. Horrible experience!!! Would never ever recommend..EVER

Dispatcher was willing to answer any question that I had. She even gave me a courtesy call so that i can make it back to my vehicle in time for the tow driver

My car had broken down outside of my work, I had called State Farm road side assistance and was told this company would handle it and that they had a truck dispatched but gave an ETA of 90 min. Well 2 hours later I get off shift to find out my car is still out side of my work. State Farm called the company on my behalf and go no answer. I called the company and got no answer. So if a road side assistance wants to send this company to you I’d just refuse and have them send someone else.

Failed to tow me out. They accepted the job. Just didn’t do the job. 3hrs later and I was the one inconveniencing them...

I was deployed to New Orleans after Katrina. We used the body shop as our TOC and the NOPD were running out of the Crystal Palace. I sure wish i could afford to visit and see how things are now. The things i saw there were beyond comprehension. 😔 The people of New Orleans are true fighters and the most resilient i have met. When i talked to people while doing TCP at the Red Cross food donation site the kindness and grateful attitude of the people was something else.

I couldnt have expected a better service in such horrid weather conditions *2 THUMBS UP, 5 STARS :) :) :)
