Let me walk the yard to find parts ..pretty cool people

We called them and were told 45-60 mins (we were within the metro/uptown area). It’s now been over 2 hours and 45 mins and there is still no tow truck and they couldn’t even contact our original tow driver. We have been put on long holds each time we called to try to find out the status of our tow truck driver, and then on our third call to the company we eventually got connected with a guy who said he “just got told to head out to us.” So we canceled our tow request and will never be using this company again.
