The Property where I live is always well maintained. And the staff responds to any problems very quickly. I am deducting one star for not having a laundromat on premises but I hope they get one because I really like it here. Its quiet! And a great neighborhood close to the ferry and Point.

Rude!!! They never answer the phone, and when they finally do, it’s with an attitude and a rush to get you off the phone. Definitely would not suggest working with these people.
