She went above and beyond in making my home presentable for sale, organizing repairs and upgrades, scheduling open houses and showings and working with the buyer and her team. Even during a pandemic, Adele was always available to be present at my house to coordinate the million activities/people required for a sale. She communicates well and often, is always calm and professional and made sure all the paperwork went smoothly. She even attended the closing in my stead when I was out of town. Watch Out. Do not do business here. My daughter rented a place from the agent James Howell. It turned out that, Owner of this agency. Mary Jo Sauer was the Landlord. Construction started after she moved in under her unit along with big house partys during Covid 12/20 at 1216 C N Lopez . My daughter complained and complained 3 months. So I call the agent James Howell he says they have nothing to do with the landlord. I call again. He says building a house float for Mardi Gras during Covid ? Made no sense since the construction was under her house. Oh and No building permit with NOLA... So my firm located in San Francisco started to look into it. Low and behold. They all work TOGETHER Here at URBAN VISION PROPERTIES Non disclosure. Real Estate deals and rentals are legal agreements. Find another place that believes in Integrity. My child learned that there are people like this in the world so sad. She is such a sweet kid. ATTENTION SEE OWNER RESPONSE BELOW. LIES. NOTICE SHE DOES NOT ADDRESS THE DISHONESTY. OR ANY OTHER FACTS. INSTEAD SHE BLAMES THE TENANT WHO CLEANED FOR 10 HOURS. One inch of dust on fan and AC Filter clogged in ONLY 4 months rental of building hell most likely from the sawdust coming up from your illegal build. Nobody sent any threatening phone call or texts unless reporting you for illegal building without a permit is a problem for you.
