The night I left an inquiry, within 5 minutes, Drew gave me a call and set up an appointment to come by and see the property. It was a difficult position to be in a financial mess since having a major illness. Drew came out, looked at the property and could tell I was upset. Im so happy I decided to work with big easy . they where very professional and honest. Drew was great to work with everything he told me about the process to sell my home was true, it was a quick all cash close. We closed before our date less than three weeks from signing the contact. Im still blown away I wish I can give them 100 stars. I originally signed with gulf south in may I was lied to and Russell was to busy to return my call. He told me and my husband that we was guaranteed to close June 14th or 15th, when the time came nothing happened. He didnt give me a phone call or nothing I left several messages to find out what was going on. When I finally spoke to him they where having money problems and had to go through a bank and wanted me to wait another 30 to 45 days. When my contact was over matt called with the same story about he was taking the loan out and blah blah blah by that time I sign with big easy and sold my house three weeks later.
