I was a nervous wreck when i discovered my house had termites. Not knowing what to do or who to call, i was referred to Inspector 12. I thought this was the company to go with, i heard so many good things from my Nephew and my Son in-law. Talking with the owner, i was blown-away by his verbal credentials. however, i had to revert back to 2 old cliches, talk is cheap and action speaks louder than words. Reach-back was difficult. Finally on July 19th Mr. Ivan and one of his workers came to my home and measured (I quess for the square footage, idk). Today is August 23rd and i have not seen or heard from Mr. Ivan since. Its been 5 weeks as of today...what integrity, what businessman ethics, what about the customer???? Mr. Ivan, thanks for NOTHING but more headaches. i trusted you Mr. Ivan.
