Dealt with Carol Sterling as well. Out $2500 for trip, airfare, hotel to LA. Photos. She told me she would make pmts back to me, but of course, as others said, she is MIA. Have been trying to get $ back for at least 2 years.

DO NOT trust Carol Sterling. She stole thousands of dollars from me! I even got a lawyer but so far no luck. She made two payments on a promissory note and that that was it. Also I paid for three trips that never happened. Would not refund my money. Acts nice but she should NOT be trusted.

I never known talent agencies ask clients to sustain a website by asking for money before booking jobs. In all the years I been in entertainment business I have never known this exist. What is going on??!?

Randi is great to work with. She was very helpful and patient with me when we were just getting started, and I was rushing to get all of the documents and accounts completed. My daughter had her first commercial opportunity because of Impact Modeling and Talent Agency and Randi contacted us directly and walked us through all of the steps and what to expect. I love that the agency also includes so many features and options for being an active member. For example, a website, portfolio, resume, comp cards, business cards, adding links and videos, and having access to stats and open castings or submissions. I understand that it takes several months before any payment is received but that is normal and to be expected in this industry. You are given notice of that upfront so it shouldnt come as a surprise for anyone.We have had a very positive, pleasant, and rewarding experience with this company and the employees.

Please be aware of this SCAM. They have exstorted thousands of dollars from my son who is a full time college student already not able to work many hours. We attended a workshop and have been in communication with the other aspiring model and just like us Carol Sterling and Randi McClendon continue to cancel photoshoots, events, and any other promises made while refusing to refund the money. Carol cancelled a trip to LA 2 days before my son was suppose to fly there and ignored his phone calls for a month leading up to that. He paid her for flight, hotel, photoshoot and she also never refunded that money. PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD. She insisted we paid via Cash App through phone which is as good as cash money. Several of us are currently in the process of making sure this doesnt happen to anyone else

Impact is very ideal! I get sent on many jobs and auditions through this agency!!! Really love how the agent keeps on top of things when it comes to submitting talent and informing talent on casting notices! Love this Talent Agency and really glad they took a chance with me!

Don’t trust these people especially Carol just want money. Offered little modeling expertise or help.

So unprofessional. I had to block Randi from my phone because she sent harassing text messages and harassing voicemail. The situation was a misunderstanding, but her reaction was extreme. I apologized and left it at that, next thing I knew, we are deleted from the database. She will always come back with a excuse for her insane response to people plus her attitude. Needless to say, we are with a new agency flourishing. Carol, called ME after seeing my child and was supposed to come to my home for a interview and never showed up.

Impact models and talent is one of the most professional and outstanding agencies in Louisiana, I worked with them as both an actor and as a Producer and they have never let me down! Very friendly and very professional with great connections in the industry.

Called to inquire about my 18 month old twin girls, lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional.. Not a company I would want to work with.

UPDATE: I just got an email about payment coming (3 months later) and was sent a very rude email because I left this comment. I am now deleted from the database. Oh well 🤷🏾‍♀️I was booked for a convention and worked a ton of hours and am still waiting to be paid. People with other agencies have been paid a month ago. They keep giving me the run around. I am never working for them ever again.

STAY AWAY!!! SCAM!!!Very unprofessional. They dont know what they are doing. They dont pay their talent. They fired a guy I was working with for asking questions about getting paid. Hostile and unfriendly work environment.
