Imagine Recovery is doing Intensive Outpatient (IOP) the way it should be done. The program is well thought out and its clear that patient care is the highest priority.I recently took a trip out to the New Orleans area and stopped by Imagine Recovery. I hadnt planned on the trip so my visit was nearly unannounced. My purpose was to share with them about my sober house and to learn about their program. I tell you this so that you understand my visit couldnt be staged like so many other visits Ive had over the years visiting facilities.I have been in the drug and alcohol recovery field for nearly 15 years and seen many variants of IOP programs. Felicia and her team have clearly taken all the bits and pieces that other programs have done well and included them ALL into theirs! Its very exciting to see that there is finally a program in New Orleans that is doing what it takes at this level of care to help their clients far beyond what has become the standard.There are tons of IOP programs in Louisiana to choose from, but they are not all created equal. I can count with my fingers how many have dedicated clinicians (who care) and offer truly individualized services to the patients needs. If you are looking for an IOP program in the New Orleans area this is DEFINITELY a program you should consider.
