My boys (now ages 9 & 6) have loved coming to Church’s Karate for summer camp the last three years! They have a good combination of more structured and less structured activities. The counselors and Master Church are very caring but also firm in their expectations for the campers. Highly recommend Church’s Karate!

My son really loves going to Church’s Karate. Even after a long day at school he gets excited to go and work toward his goal of getting his next belt. Master Church always starts on time, amazingly remembers all the kids’ names, and balances a strict approach mixed with fun. Most importantly, he treats all the kids equally and gives families access to quality martial arts. One more thing—kids love his camps and evening activities!

Churchs Karate is an excellent place to learn and enjoy martial arts training. Master Church is an amazing, light-hearted and skilled instructor. I love this school for my son. Master Church is so good with the kids. He is firm, but fair. They also offer so many other events like parents night out, Nerf Wars, Christmas party, and many other things. The best part is that they offer day camps throughout the year during school breaks like a Thanksgiving camp, spring break camp, etc. I would highly recommend this karate school!!

Our daughter started taking classes at Churchs Karate Academy at 3 1/2 years old and has been attending for almost 18 months straight. She enjoys the challenge and achieving new levels. Ive seen Master Jason Church work effectively with kids of all ages, skill levels and attention levels.My wife and I started the kick boxing classes about 10 months ago. I can easily say that we are in the best shape that weve been in for the last 15 - 20 years. Learning the different techniques and just getting to hit and kick something makes working out not so much like working out.

Church’s Karate Academy offers a dynamic karate experience for my 9 year old son. He finally found his sport. Master Church is very intuitive and meets the individual learning style of each child. It’s fun to watch. I started their kickboxing program this summer with some friends and it’s an intense workout. Great for the whole family!

Amazing martial arts school! This martial arts academy is exactly what you need, if you want to learn a karate. The teacher here is the best one Id ever seen and I visited a lot of places before that. He knows how to communicate with kids and how to attract their attention. My son loves it, too. Thank you!

Churchs Karate Academy is a great school that combines traditional martial arts, practical self defense, really fun kickboxing, and physical fitness. Master Church is a dedicated teacher who does everything he can to make sure his students succeed. He offers a wide variety of classes that fit almost all schedules, he also is available for private lessons. CKA also hosts summer camps, movie nights, and other events that are convenient for parents and fun for the students! He is truly a great teacher that really cares about his students. I have experience with many other martial arts schools and I wholeheartedly recommend this one!

My kids-Daughter now 8.5 and son 6.5 yo have been going to Churchs karate for more than a year and they love it! Master Church teaches Karate with true sincerity to the sport and makes it a lot of fun at the same time. He also offers day camps on days school is off and has summer camps too.

My son has recently started at Master Jason Churchs Karate School on Paris. He is age 7. Has been diagnosed with ADHD. We have tried many other sports even a different Karate school before finding this one. But none of the other sports nor Karate school capture his attention like this one. Master Jason really works well with the kids. No matter how big or small the class he takes time to know all the kids and works to make their weakness turn into strength. My son normally easily looses attention with things but Master Jason has a way that he keeps the kids excited about whats to come. But makes them listen and behave. In the time we have spent there I have seen the difference in son my at home and school. He is taking more pride in his stuff and taking school serious and manners have improved. He counts down days till next stripe and belt color changes. And at any sign of trouble he says Im going change my attitude because he knows a bad review from home or school means he cant test up to next color belt. Master Jason Church coming opening up a school here was heaven sent. I recommend everyone letting their kids try it out. After one class or even just watching kids in action your kid will be hooked. I have a friend who has a kid in a different karate school that did not give kids stripes or move their color belts up if they were too young. And of course her son has lost interest. He will be joining my son for movie and game night this week at Karate school and hopefully will join.

Master Church is very encouraging and the kids become very disciplined under his instruction. My son is ADHD, and Master Church is able to bring out the best in him, and to maintain his focus.
