Amazing customer service! Very patient and kind as I repeatedly lol ask to refill the copier. The staff seem to really enjoy their job with lots of laughter and great customer service for those coming and going. Will definitely be back
Awesome location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended A++
First time ever there, needed to ship my mothers day gift across country, made it painless and affordable. Thank you for all the help. Also, I accidentally stole your pen!
These guys are so efficient and helpful and I leave here satisfied and smiley every time.
SO MUCH BETTER THAN ANY OF THE NOLA POST OFFICES... friendly staff, helpful too! Masks on and lots of fun trinkets to send as gifts to friends and family
Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped us when we needed to ship souvenirs and gifts back home while on vacation.
Under new (much friendlier) management. Very helpful people.
I effing adore these people. Super kind, senses of humor, capable, efficient, on point. Have been mailing and receiving packages here for over 4 years now, so from experience: best post office ever hands down no questions asked.
Friendly neighborhood place. They handle all of my FedEx and UPS shipping.
Years ago i came in, was short a dollar and they said to not worry about it....now that i live here, this is where i come when needing their services! Awesome! Thanks FQPE!
Its a small store they are very knowledgeable always a pleasure to go there
Such a great team of people work there. Little pricey for mail box.
Friendly employees, very convenient
Great place! Excellent customer service!
Towards the end of Bourbon St. and easy to find. They had a fair amount of normal post office products, some fun stationary, but the reason to go is a fantastic postcard and greeting card selection. It seems a lot was designed by local artists - water color, stamped, photography. There were also some more generic tourist shop postcards, along with vintage product ad post cards. If your looking for a card (or a small bit of art that wont cost an arm and a leg) this is a great stop!
The greatest postal emporium in the world!Staff are all the coolest and nicest people in any post office. Thank you FQPE!
The BEST staff. Always helpful, smiling & quick to offer a treat to local pups.
Convenient and cozy with a personalized small town touch. I love it
Well wanted to give a 5 star but I am having a package delivered to this place while we are in the area and unfortunately the tracking on usps does not work so I called up to ask if the package was delivered today. Well instead of looking they just said I dont know and I am not looking come in so now that someone that works there does not feel like doing their job I have to walk 15 min each way to go in and ask what a joke of a business how do you even stay open in New Orleans with this BS. Lost my business.
Limited options and was sad that the week before fathers day they didnt have any fathers day cards. But what they did have was nice, and the store is well kept and clea
Great little hole in the wall for locals and tourists. Hours outside of post office hours. Staff is very friendly and they have a quaint selection of gift / stationary items for purchase. Even souvenir type items. Its on Bourbon street in the residential area.
The team is so helpful...
Great window shopping spot. Theres a lot of unique items but pretty.
Very friendly and helpful shipping a painting we bought. Found the best rates for us.
The best staff. Please wear your mask and gloves for them and keep your six feet from each other.
Loved it. Hope one day to come back and spend more than the day in New Orleans. This was my first time and it is and was overwhelming. But what a cute little post store
I love this post office. So cute and friendly.
Lovely people work here, beautiful shop, way more pleasant experience than major carrier shops
Always friendly and dog friendly.
Efficient staff, fun and cute cards and novelty products
We purchased an good sized metal turtle that wouldnt fit in a suitcase, and we needed to have it boxed up to ship as an oversized item on our Southwest flight home. Tristen was the only one there at 9am. He didnt have a box big enough, but asked when we needed it. We only had a little over an hour. He frowned a bit after telling us he didnt normally do the packaging, but he said hed try to start on it. We came back shortly after 10, and it was ready to go in a box he had frankensteined together from several others. He charged us a very reasonable $30. When we got home and opened the box, I was even more surprised to see how well he had packed the inside to make sure our turtle didnt move around during the flight. That is the epitome of taking care of a customer. Thanks again Tristen!
I was visiting NOLA and walked here to send family and friends a post card. I liked it a lot and the man at the counter was extremely helpful!
Friendly staff. Local small businesses. Secure shipping and recieving.
Nice. Small postal spot at the end of Bourbon street. Convenient and fast service. Nice friendly staff. Had three very large boxes to ship and they helped us with packing tape etc.
I love this place...since the post office cannot do their job, and if you complain? They hold your packages hostage and make you crazy? I opted for this postal service place..I love everyone there!I get everything i order... $2 per package...they fax, wrap your packages...they sell postcards...they have a copy machine...some things are a bit over priced but its in the quarter...otherwise a keeper
Very friendly and helpful
I asked for the least expensive option to mail a father light piece of art that was on a pice of card stock too large to put in my carry on. I would not argue the cost of the box, or of the bubble wrap. But the postage was more than twice what any postal calculator is giving me. Talk about sticker shock! I expected to pay between $5 and $10 for the shipping part of the service (and I do ship things occasionally, I know how to use the postal calculators), it should have $7-8, but I was charged $19. That is before the cost of the box and packing supplies. If they add on for the service of doing the packing, then they should mention that, or have it listed separately on the receipt. Also I had asked for the least expensive option, which would have been media mail, at about $3.50. Very, very frustrated!!!
The French Quarter Postal Emporium is a wonderful little shop and post office that deserves a visit. A great place to send a postcard, letter or package. Service is always great. The little store makes you feel as if you are stepping back in time
Had to send a package overnight and went here. Staff was helpful, pleasant and courteous! Went out they way to make sure that my shipment went well!
Such a cute little post shop with beautiful postcards! And above all such friendly employees (even with some knowledge of German :-) ) Absolutely recommendable here!
Pretty good! Trustworthy, just more pricey.
Great service. They cover all your postal needs and also have computers for you to use. Very friendly people and you can also bring your dog
I love this place. Great gift ideas. Great people. Ive had a mailbox there for 5 years.
Great little hole in wall at end of bourbon street great postcards.
Lovely place. You can find there a lot of cute and original things/gifts. Too expensive. Sending a t-shirt to Europe around $40, 2 t-shirts to Canada $35.
Some of the employees need to be nice
Wonderful customer service!
This is a true community store run by a New Orleans native. Not only can they safely ship ANYTHING, they also have a lovely assortment of cards and small Louisiana gifts to share. An icon in the Quarter for over 20 years, with the stories that go along with that!
Very cool gift shop with a huge shipping and mail area!
Awesome place! Friendliest staff.
Very convenient if youre visiting the French Quarter and find that you need to mail many items back home that wont fit into luggage! Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Very friendly and helpful, even when they are busy
These people are amazing! Flawless every time...
Sella stamps and does everything a post office would do. In addition they have the best selection of post and greeting cards that I saw in NOLA
