I know this is a shelter and not a paid service, however there is a certain level of dignity and treatment that everyone including the homeless deserve, most of these reviews are posted by those associated with the entity being reviewed either by volunteers or recruits into a discipleship program of sorts, they have mail services here with hours from 10a-2p, it should probably be noted that thier clocks seems to be 5-10 mins behind the rest of the world, and boy those attitudes can flare if you show up early or late, they also offer clothing for both men and women (personally never used this service so dont know the days and times, call for more info) and honestly never attempted to do much more than grab a meal (they used to serve food, not certain that they still do) and to have a place to receive mail... If they treat those who stay there anything like they treat those who utilize the other services offered its no wonder there are so many people who refuse to be sheltered and would rather remain in the streets... Dont get me wrong thier is a small handful of people associated with this entity who show a genuine care and concern but for each of those thiers about 3 tbat remind you of the difference between your social class and thiers
They dont want u too work in order to get back on your feet. They want u to depend on them so they can continue to receive funding. U have to check in by 4 oclock in order to get a bed. That is to early if u r working
VISIT A REALLY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE THERE ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP THEY ARE WILLING TO HELP YOU
Not the best place but definitely not the worst. Hopefully I wont ever have to return here but it exists to help in a time of need
Very Helpful
Real helpful, lots of rules tho
I have extreme concerns with the capabilities of the individuals assigned to fulfill the responsibilities of the position bestowed upon them.I have documented proof of mail tampering, discrimination, physically aggressive program staff.AN INTERNAL AUDIT OF THE INTEGRITY OF THE FACILITY NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.30yr local professional bringing it to the front.Ozanam Inn?
Ive been here several times and I continue to every 2 weeks for womens clothes...they have a ton of stuff to choose from and the program is great, like I said u can go every two weeks to see if theres anything u could use. They serve a meal over there to but Im not sure the exact time...contact them to find out more Info on everything.
Even though women cannot stay here, they are served and treated pretty well here.. You can get vouchers for Salvation Army, get a couple meals a day, and on Tuesdays women can choose through a huge selection of clothes.. They really do care about the community here, though resources tend to be low, but they help the best they can and thats all that really matters.
Providing food, clothing and other services for the needy. It was a godsend for me. Thank you and God bless you 🙏
A fish rots from the head.
They do a great deal to help those in need. I found the atmosphere nice and accommodating, while the free food they served at night was filling and prepared well.
Good place if your homeless in the city lots of resources. Watch your stuff!
So friendly! So happy to be able to bring male/female donations instead of thrift store. I’d rather truly give

This is a homeless shelter for men only, however the ozaman Inn does provide services for women in the form of clothing, meals, and vouchers to stay at the womans shelter, Salvation Army.It is a not for profit agency and depends on donations and funding. It has been on Camp st. at the same location for many years.

Fantastic homeless shelter with amazing counseling, medical and dental services. Have placed over 140 homeless families into permanent housing since January
Im sure that the oz..inn gets plenty donations and money that honeless grown men should not be fed two sanwhiches for dinner a long with a tiny cup of water. Higher officials need to learn whats going on.and the media...
