Not too crowded. Very, very helpful Associates, esp. Ms. Jean and the Cashier. They have better clothing than other stores. Prices are good. They have special prices based on a chosen color. You probably have to ask what is the discount color for the day. The area is accessible by car and bus.

It was good. They had what I was looking for today. Plus I found somethings extra. Service was great and friendly. Environment was cool too.

This Goodwill has totally redesigned the space. The friendliness of the staff is joyful just to be there. The store is very clean and well organized! Havent been there in a while and I LOVED it!

I feel like every time I go here theres some new small couch that I love, but have nowhere to put. Thats not really on them though.

Veclean and neat doesnt give you the fill of athriftstore. Also carries a lot of new things.

This location is really hit or miss and their prices on some things are way too high. I have found some really great stuff in the past though. The pictures I’m posting with this show an example of this with a shirt on their “special price” rack that was only $2 cheaper than its original price at TJ Maxx...I’ve heard the Lakeview location is way better but haven’t been.

I was just in this store. The cashier tried to up every single price. She told me that certain color shower curtains cost more. The sign is very clear. It says prices UNLESS OTHERWISE MARKED I had 2 cups. One of them someone had removed the price so I decided I would buy both since the sticker was intact on the other. The price was as clear as day. The cashier said these are nice, they aint no 99 cents I asked her to call the manager because that was not right. The manager was going to give them to me for the labeled price. I told the cashier I didnt know what she was trying to say but I didnt mess with the sticker. She raised her voice and said I can say what I want! I then told them they could keep the approximately $30 I goods I was going to purchase. I shop in this store all the time. I cant believe I was treated like this. They were complaining all the while that it was almost time to close. I felt like they didnt want me in there at all. I literally have furnished my whole house from the Goodwill and after this I dont know if I will ever go back. Im in tears because all this happened with my one year old. I had to leave his toy and shoes. He didnt understand. I was kind the entire time. I just didnt want to be ripped off.

If youre thinking of donating clothes to Goodwill, you might as well throw them in the garbage. Employees have been ruining them by carelessly punching tags through the fabric. It was brought to their attention over 8 months ago, but these clothes just came from the back today. Unacceptable.

Its a really nice store and quite clean. The clothes arent organized by size, so if that stresses you out then maybe take a look at the other household items they have. Saw a lot of stuff for good prices. And like most second-hand stores, the workers are friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to run in, grab a shirt, and then continue onto a dinner with the hours have.

This store closes at 7pm, yet employees stand at the doors at 6:38 pm refusing to allow customers to enter. It’s completely absurd that this behavior is allowed.

Had the rudest experience ever in a store that left me in shock. I was at the END of an aisle looking through the clothes in the shirt area with a buggy full of items and my service dog lying next to me and the buggy minding my own business when an employee, a dark skinned woman wearing dreads half in a bun and half tied back with holographic sneakers (her name tag was turned around not facing customers so I couldn’t see her name), approached me and my service dog with a handful of clothes asking me to MOVE because she had some clothes she needed to put where I was (at the END of the aisle) when she could’ve kindly and respectfully went around the next aisle to get behind me and place the clothes where she needed to and waited for a customer to finish looking. She asked me so rudely and I kindly explained that I was looking at something and I have my service dog beside me lying down. She stared at me waiting for me to move and again said she needed to put something right there. So rude and inconsiderate. Thank you so much for the manager for helping me find my dogs booties. The manager was the nicest and most professional one there.

Really organized and well-lit. I bought a fleur de lis cut glass vase for $4 as a souvenir from New Orleans.

I like the selection here but I hope this location isnt a sign of things to come with Goodwill as an organization. Their pricing model is ridiculous. They are markedly higher than any other Goodwill in the surrounding area / parishes. I swear they have employees in the back whose sole job is to look up the going resell price of every item that comes in and price accordingly. Its getting to the point where youd literally be better off shopping on eBay and the truth of that is truly saddening. I saw shoes in this location today that I could get in better condition, for $20, YES $20 cheaper on EBay. They also have several instances of knock-off / counterfeit Nike shoes where they are asking the going resell value of the real deal. I would just ask that Goodwill generally and this location specifically, seriously reconsider the direction theyre heading in...

Friendly staff and clean store. Prices are touch and go on some clothing, but wonderful during sales. Furniture is always reasonably priced.

Decent for dishware and gadgets. The two is mostly due to the awful clothing organization. I went with my girlfriend and clothes in our size were very difficult to find due to the aforementioned lack of organization. There were womens jeans in the mens section and childrens clothes in the womens section. To further confuse, there was no discernible attempt to have anything sorted by size. We went to Target and paid higher prices for our clothes, but we were actually able to find what we were looking for.

I was in here earlier. The cashier was so rude to the woman in front of me.The cashier kept changing the prices and the woman was upset but she wasnt rude. She ended up leaving IDK but that cashier was so rude!!! Rude enough to make me give a bad review. Goodwill is supposed to be better than that. I will be going to marrero from now on.

Way too over priced !!! For God sake they get it for free. Theres no reason why they need to sell a picture frame for $50 or a dresser for $400. Its crazy! Hey goodwill, why do you think people shop at thrift stores? Its because we dont have enough money to shop at a regular priced retail store but guess what...it would be cheaper for me to shop at the dollar store than goodwill at the rate that youre pricing things. Pretty solid Goodwill. The clothes selection is pretty big, and Ive always been able to find something decent. The have a large linens and jewelry/accessories section. Everything else is hit or miss, esp the shoes. They also have a tendency to mark the shoes to up crazy prices, seeming to forget that theyre selling USED shoes. Dont come in here looking for affordable boots -- expect to see noticeably worn boots with the leather peeling off for about 29.99. Stick with clothes.

I found a print by a famous artist that I enjoy looking at very much and a leather bag that fits well on the side of my sportbike bike. For both together I paid about $4. I like shopping at Goodwill.

Lousy store. Purchased items that I threw away after first putting on to go out because of defects or malfunctioning clothing or going out and the shirt or paints riped or lost buttons and since you cant return the item it ends up costing more to shop there than just going to a clothing store. Most of their clothing is stained or torn. They do not sort the clothing by size when they hang items on rack so you spend a lot of time just looking for your size. And no matter how defective this clothing items maybe they still put it on the rack trying to sell it. Worst thrift store I have ever been to. I finally got smart and gave up on the place.

I,been going there fence opening days I used to show my senior lD .and get 10 % off but today was told senior % is Wenesday when did the 10 %stop ? The cashier care she just wanted to get me out her line.

I am trying to find some jeans but this place has 8 rows of all mixed mens and womens jeans and there are so many jammed in there that it is almost impossible to get to the size. It says adult but the junior and kid jeans are here too. Rediculous really. I have been here for one and a half hours and still

I hate that clothes are not sorted by size. Also many items were stained or torn - I have shopped at many goodwill stores but was so disappointed with my experience here. After only perusing 3 aisles in search of my size, I left without even trying on the 2 items I found. I was looking for several items, in various colors (slacks, tops, blazers etc.) and It would have taken me all night to go through each rack looking at individual tags for sizes. Sooooo disappointed, what a waste of time!
