They refuse to accept a return on an unused $80 adapter that I purchased before realizing it was not what I needed. Apparently an adapter counts as an electronic device, so the return policy was limited to 14 days. I took 45 minutes out of my day to drive there to find this out- even after indicating that I would like to purchase the other $80 adapter that would work for my needs.Only later did I find out that BOTH of these adapters were available on Amazon for $65 each.Don’t waste your time here.

The print shop at this location is absolutely abysmal. What is the point of having self service copies that are not services and checked on throughout the day and the employees just stare blankly at you.Then the copy center itself is never properly staffed and the wait is long and customer service is rude and lacking. Taking my business elsewhere...over it!!! Really want to give zero stars but it wont post unless I give it one.

If you have a big order (or any order) PLEASE go to Kinkos downtown. I placed by order (1200 pages, variety files) before noon. I went to check on my order at 7pm (the time they said that it would be ready) and the guy told me that that wasnt his normal department. He told me that he didnt know why the worker before him didnt start the printing and that he couldnt promise it would be ready by the time I need it (9am). Im SO over going here. This is the second time that something like this has happened with this location. Ill take the extra ride downtown from now. Lesson learned!

My copy/bind order was not correct; however, I believe that there was genuine miscommunication (masks, limited staff, me not being clear enough in my request). Despite initial frustration with the result, I appreciate the swift & empathetic response by the hard-working staff. The gentleman allowed me to take my service elsewhere w/o question. Working in a regulatory organization, I understand high op tempo & the stress of clients not thrilled with certain results. So, I apologize for the waste of time & paper I cost you, but thank you for your efforts and actions in follow-up.

Soo, Great location but don’t think that if you have a online order ready for pick up email that your order is ready.If you are a stickler about your time call and double check before taking the ride there.JLYK

Horrible service. I wasted 45 minutes waiting for an order I had placed and paid for online and still did not get what I paid for. I attempted to place an order online to print 4 photos of various sizes. When I went to the store to pick up the order, only 3 of the photos were in the envelope handed to me. When I brought this up to the employee working at the print desk she then tried to print the missing 6x8 photo on 8x11.5 printer paper. Not what I paid for. When I asked to correct this she again printed the 6x8 photo on the same type of paper, this time in portrait rather than landscape orientation. When I tried to explain to her that this was still not correct, that she was printing it on the wrong size and type of paper she could not seem to understand. Neither did she ask a supervisor for help to correct a problem she apparently couldnt manage.I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but Ive used their printing services several times and they are consistently extremely slow.

Convenient location but, the store is not clean. Only one copy machine was working and it looked like the buttons had not been sanitized in months. Floors and glass doors also, had noticeable dirt and finger smudges.

Print clerk saw amounts of files i wanted printing quotes on and refused to help, saying 1 hour 30 minutes before close was too late. Didnt let me explain that that I just needed price quotes on everything (18 art pieces) but only to print a couple today

If i could give them zero stars i would. the store is fine, the copy print section is completely 100% incapable of doing anything. ordering online acts like its straightforward, but every time my orders are min 4 hours late and never right.

I have used this location because it is convenient for me. However, I could probably drive to Baton Rouge or Mississippi and back and have my prints done in the same amount of time. After being put on hold for 12 minutes 3 different times I went to the store since the phone lines clearly don’t work properly. I found myself at the end of a 12 disgruntled customer long line. None of these employees are in a rush or moving at a normal speed for that matter and all of them are on their cell phones. I am still in the back of the line waiting to get my prints 35 minutes later. This has happened to me at this store 5 different times. If your time matters to you, don’t go to this print and copy center.

They have not only really great and high quality products but also a perfect, 10 out of 10 customer service! We will definitely go there again!

Their rewards program is a sham! The story changes every time you go: rewards are posted every quarter, no every 30 days, no another 2 weeks until they become available. Our system just changed! My app says I have rewards, but the computer says I do not! You must buy something when you return cartridges, which we do, but it never shows up.

This is absolutely the worst Office Depot location I have ever been to. I called to ask if their printing department could handle a job. The job was printing a sign on the magnetic sheets that the company sells. The clerk who answered the phone stated that she didnt know but if I held she would find out. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I decided to drive to the location (still on hold). I arrive and walk around the location for 15 more minutes after I asked to speak to a manager. I told the manager about being on hold for 35 minutes and his response was Oh well, we are busy. They had maybe 8 customers in the store and about 7 employees. I informed him that as a customer, a business representative, and person that my time was equally important and I was equally busy and I could have used the 1/2 hour that I was on hold to be productive. I asked him about the print job and before I could even finish my question he rudely interrupted me and said no we cant handle that. Needless to say I will never step foot in this location again.This manager has been rude before and the issue has never been resolved.

Conveniently located, plenty of parking. Helpful staff made shopping a breeze. Easy in and out.

Costumer service is great but store is not.Selection is limited, to none. Multiple items completely not carried or never in stock: regular blank index cards, moleskin notebooks, etc.Store system is the worst. New update has no means of dealing with a bad chip in a card. It will not swipe a card with a chip, at all, and cards can no longer be entered manually. This defies logic... Youre a business...here to make money... Why would you... Nevermind. I dont care anymore.No longer a customer. This location is just too infuriating. Im not saying every trip has been a bad one, but far too many trips were genuinely temper inducing. So yeah. Done with it.

This location is my store of choice, in this season, as I am more often than not in the mid city area. So when Im in need of office supplies, earbuds, pens, shredders and the like, I find myself here.Wide selection of school, office & business things; they also have home supplies as well. They even sell water here & I find it to be fair in pricing.Recycling up to 10 ink cartridges a month will add up to reward certificates... soon winning.Parking is ample as this is a shared lot.

I usually order from this office depot but today, is the last day. When I had put in my order in about a week ago I did not get a confirmation or anything. Last time I have called a woman had told me Maybe your papers are not ready. I called today and I am on hold for 10 minutes. Whenever I pick up my order, I am never going back.

Horrible customer service. There were 3 people in line and it took me 15 minutes to mail a package. The two young ladies behind the counter had zero sense of urgency and did not show respect for anyones time. When the gentleman in front of me was (slowly) finishing his transaction, they were both chatting with him and each other happily. They were completely unaware that I would have walked out 5 minutes before, had I not already not handed over my package. This was not the first poor experience Ive had at this store, but it will be my last.

This is an awesome office depot.I use them regularly for mailing Art & other products.

At one time they had Very fast and professional services. Now its pure damn trash. If I am at a counter you ask me for help. Pathetic. I am never spending another dime in this damn store. And have your little side talk about your off days in the break room.

Great service. Called and asked if the product i wanted was in stock, it was, came and bought it. Employees were very friendly and courteous. Definitely would recommend this one over other locations.

Had a problem with my daughters water bottle. The cashier was awesome! She looked up my receipt for me and exchanged the product with no fuss. Saved me the hassle of returning to the manufacturer.

Today, I went to get color copies for my classroom. The young lady who waited in me, we very nice. She explained that she was new and she needed help on somethings. The lady who was her supervisor, was very rude and had an ugly attitude. I will no longer use this Office Depot. I rather go somewhere else.

Offered me help as I entered the store, took me right to what I was looking for, and opened the box to make sure it worked. Very helpful.

I was printing a wood transfer, when at the checkout for printing i realized i hadnt reversed it. The emoloyee happily reversed it for me, and all was great.

Never order next day pick up from the copy and print department because I can assure you it will not be ready the next day. I have ordered from them multiple times to pick up the next day and my order never was ready until the day after next. They always have some excuse and the manager Robert is right behind them with the excuses. Luckily I have smartened up and no longer place orders with this location. Don’t advertise something if you can’t do the job.

RJ(Roy I think) is the most helpful guy in the store he makes shopping in retail a pleasant experience. Hes top notch.

The copy section is the best! I am a teacher near this location and love that I can go there after school, spend less money, effort and time than I would at Kinkos (and I hate parking in the CBD), and go home in time to walk my dog, cook dinner, and drink wine on my porch while I watch the sun set.Also, the people there are very sweet and helpful and dont seem to mind helping people.In all honesty Ive never thought much of Office Depot, but this place is kind of a gamechanger. I still think the prices for office supplies is exorbitant, but I really like the addition of the copy department and tech department.Thats another thing I was raving about the copy people there but the tech people are cool too. Its convenient. I recently downgraded (in my humble opinion) to a non-apple device and of course was plagued with virus crap. This is annoying because I am not a tech person nor do I have any handy techy fam living near to help me for free. But thanks to the tech spot they got inside, I can pay someone to be my handy techy uncle and help me out with my laptop whenever I need. Turnaround for the service was next-day, just as they promised.I know Best Buy has Geek Squad, but I dont want to go all the way out to the burbs for Best Buy.Office Depot knows what its doing, gotta hand it to em. Way to merge and diversify :)

Calendars for $15.00 to start. Also every other aisle had carts or something blocking the end of the aisle so you had to double back every other aisle. The staff was friendly but they left their restocking equipment all over the store to make it absolutely unbearable to try to navigate.
