Riverbend Charters & Lloyd the owner/mgr helped me plan an incredible group charter for 30 wedding venue owners coming to NOLA to tour wedding venues. Daryl was our driver and he was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Riverbend Charters helped me plan this entire trip over the phone and emails. Lloyd took so much time to offer ideas and suggestions, he let me know that some of the roads were not accessible for large vehicles, he suggested stops for our tour, he went so far above and beyond and in the end our event was a great success because of his hard work. Melissa with Riverbend Charters was wonderful to work with! They were by far the most affordable transportation company that I found. We rented a Mercedes Sprinter and Rolls Royce for our wedding that was supposed to be in April 2020, but got postponed to August 2020. Melissa was very accommodating and professional for every venue change that we had to make. Every time we made a change in pickup/dropoff she sent over a new, updated contract so that way we were all on the same page. Once the August wedding arrived, we no longer needed the Rolls Royce and Melissa was kind enough to give us a refund for that car. She even gave me a call to make sure that I got the check in the mail. Then we used the sprinter to pickup the groomsmen and the grooms family and they were punctual and so easy-going. I could not recommend this company more for any wedding or event! Thank you Melissa!

California Family VacationWe came to NOLA for the 25th Essence Festival this year for Fun, Food & Great Music. Our trips to and from the Festival was one of the funniest parts. The 15 Passenger Mercedes was spotless, comfortable and Lloyd was amazing. He has extensive knowledge of the citys history. Hes professional yet friendly and went the extra mile each day to made sure our trip was awesome and memorable. We will always use Riverbend when in town. I used Riverbend for a meeting I was managing in NOLA. They were extremely efficient and reliable, both in correspondence in the run up to the meeting and during the meeting itself. I didnt have to think or worry about the transfers at all. They were an absolute pleasure!

We flew back from London to New Orleans and I expected to hit the sack at our airport hotel and return to California the next day. My wife surprised me with a city tour that started at 7 in the evening and lasted four hours. Our driver and tour guide, Lloyd of Riverbend Limousine and Tours, was a terrific guy who genuinely was enjoying his part in the surprise. He took us on an extensive tour. Having lived there for 20 plus years he really knew the city and its history. Several times he stopped and let us out, telling us he would meet us a block or two away. Great personality. Only at the end when he let us out at the hotel at 11 PM did he admit he and his family were leaving at 7 the next morning for a vacation. He said he didnt want us to worry on our tour. Very nice. We will return to New Orleans in the near future for a four or five day stay and plan on hiring Lloyd for all four days. Highly recommended!

I was happy to have found this charter company. In a Facebook group about traveling with children, Riverbend was recommended. This was my first time to New Orleans and traveling with a one-year-old. I contacted them through their message area on website and they promptly replied with information about car seats. We decided to bring our own, but they also provide excellent types as long as you install it yourself.We had Bobby pick us up at the hotel and help us with the bags. He was personable and friendly. The vehicle was comfy and the drive from airport to hotel and hotel to airport (as we were fortunate to have Bobby again).Highly recommended.

What a fabulous company to work with. Riverbend helped manage guest transportation for my wedding. They were great to work with from the start. From quickly providing a quote and walking me through transportation options, to follow up communications and confirming details they made it a stress free experience! This was a last minute booking and they really went out of their way to give our guests the best experience. Our wedding was an hour outside of New Orleans so lots of drive time. The driver provided great information and conversation with guests during the trip about the area and history. This was especially great since all of our guests were from out of state. Riverbend is absolutely awesome! The ease of pickup from the airport to hotel on Canal and Bourbon was wonderful. They even stopped for us to get a drink on the way. My experience with Riverbend Charters for my recent wedding was top notch. Booking our rides was quick and simple, we had a Cadillac SUV and Mercedes passenger van for our wedding party. They sent us email confirmations immediately, then confirmed again the day before the wedding with a call. The drivers were there ahead of schedule, well dressed, and very professional. They were very professional, accommodating, and friendly! We used 2 Mercedes sprinters and 1 Cadillac Escalade. The vehicles they provided were newer models, very clean, and the drivers were attentive and friendly. They were on time and dropped me off right in front of the cathedral doors!Riverbend also provided the alcohol and coolers for our second line. This is not something they have typically done in the past, but agreed to try for us, which we were so thankful for! This was a destination wedding, so our car was already piled high with wedding items. For a small fee, they picked up and iced the Abita Amber and a few different brands or rose we wanted for our second line. They went above and beyond to find a specific brand of rose that we wanted.I would highly recommend working with them. :) You wont regret it!

I highly recommend this service. We were met at the carousel for our flight in baggage reclaim and dropped off at the front of our hotel. Our pickup was just as efficient - we were met in the lobby of our hotel (a different one to the drop off) and dropped right outside our airline checkin. We were lucky enough to have riverbend limo provide wedding transportation for our bridal party, and they truly were one of the best decisions we made. First, the service was impeccable. We reserved a limo for a wedding. The owners and the driver, Daniel, were outstanding. We had to make several changes to meet the needs of family members and the owners were extremely helpful and understanding. And it was during the French Quarter Festival! Busy time! I called Lloyd at Riverbend Limousine and I was panicking. But he moved some cars around and was able to accommodate us. We had a nice Cadillac with a very courteous driver pick them up at the church. But the best surprise was the stretch limo that was waiting for them after the reception! It made their night to leave the reception in style! Great service and nice people. I would highly recommend Riverbend Limousine and Tours!

Great Service - We booked Riverbend for our wedding. The driver showed up on time waiting on us as we stepped outside. He was very patient as we were saying goodbye to our guests after our 2nd Line. The only transportation I needed for my wedding day was a point-to-point transfer for 14 people, and it isnt always easy to find companies who are willing to do that. However, Riverbend Limos happily obliged me (and did not try to push more services on me, which some other companies did) and they were wonderful to work with! They emailed me to confirm my reservation when the wedding got closer, and on the day-of they showed up 5-10 minutes early, which was great because we were a few minutes ahead of schedule so we were able to just head to the church. Also, our driver (didnt catch her name) was very sweet and helpful with getting tote bags, etc. in the limo. We had a GREAT experience with Riverbend Limos!

I hired Riverbend Limousine and Tours to pick me up at the airport in New Orleans and drive me to my hotel. I received a text message the moment the plane touched down welcoming me to New Orleans and letting me know the driver was waiting for me at baggage claim. I thought that was a really nice touch. The driver, Lloyd, was indeed waiting for me, took my luggage, and took me right outside to a beautiful Cadillac Escalade for my ride into the city. During the ride, Lloyd suggested restaurants and other special events in New Orleans that I might enjoy during my visit. Of course, he was right and every suggestion he made was perfect.
