Highly recommend Londot Design Build! We had a very unexpected and extensive termite surprise throughout the lower level of our home. Reneau and his team were incredibly responsive in putting together a plan to demo our house even with very little knowledge of the extent of the problem. Throughout the project, they were extremely flexible and displayed their expertise in home repair throughout quite a few surprise issues. With any construction project, there were hiccups, weather delays, etc - but Reneau was always quick to respond to questions, issues and scheduling concerns. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again!
