Rebirth Refinishing did an excellent job with reglazing my tub. It actually looks brand new.Miss Miriam was sweet, courteous and professional. They were on time, fully equipped with the supplies they needed and performed the job professionally. I give this company a 5 star review.

We moved into a new house and were given their number 4 months ago and had multiple appointments schedule with them and every time they cancelled the day before or morning of. I would NOT recommend them as they are very unprofessional and have held up our bathroom remodel!

We were on a tight timeline to finish redoing our bathroom (baby on the way any day). The company we had hired to reglaze canceled at the last minute. Rebirth understood our urgency and squeezed us in with some flexible scheduling, then followed up and followed through with quick but quality work. A couple months later the tub still looks fantastic! Worth every penny.

Sir we are sorry for your inconvenience but its a company policy. We do not give written estimates over the phone. We need to see the work involved before blindly issuing a written estimate. I SENT A PICTURE OF THE TUBE AND THERE VERBAL QUOTE WAS BASED ON THAT. THERE WAS NO MISUNDERSTANDING, I WAS SPECIFICALLY TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN QUOTE, ONLY AN INVOICE WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK. THIS ONLY ADDS TO MY RECOMMENDATION TO STAY AWAY FOR THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY.

Stay as far away from this company as you can. This company refuses to provide a written quote. Instead they want to come out and give you and invoice before the start work. Only one reason a company refuses to provide a written quote and it’s not to benefit the customer

Miriam (and partner) glazed two bathroom tubs plus surrounding tiles. One bathroom was the pink bathroom and the other was the blue bathroom. They did a great job refinishing our two rental property bathtubs/tiles. I definitely recommend. They saved me lots not having to renovate.

I called for an estimate. They answered the phone with, Hello. Instead of letting me know I had contacted Rebirth Refinishing LLC, I had to verify it by asking. Then when I started giving details the woman on the phone interrupted me with an aggressive tone asking questions that showed she didnt know what she was talking about. I said it was a fiberglass liner that I needed repaired and she asked if it was a garden tub. Garden tubs are stand alone, not liners. Get someone new to answer your phones and you will get more business. Your current receptionist is rude and shouldnt deal with customers.

Great price for a great job! We wanted our rental property tubs to be refinished as the owner before us did an amateur job, and the before and after pictures attached say it all! They also text you so you its easy to communicate.

Miriam sourced and delivered two clawfoot tubs and a pedestal sink. They are great. She also fixed them after they were damaged during construction.

Rebirth DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. I had 3 tubs refinished by Rebirth. The tub associated with this picture only lasted 2month before it started to peel. Ive called and texted the company numerous times after I sent them the picture, but the ignore my contact attempt. Very disappointed in lack of respect to the customer and lack of pride in their work.Also attached is a screen shot picture showing the communication and picture requested by Miriam via text message. After this picture was sent, they have not contacted me nor answered the phone.

I requested a quote. Received an email response asking for a picture of my clawfoot tub because apparently “Clawfoot tubs are accessed individually”. I sent my picture more than a week and haven’t received any response email or phone call.I found somewhere else where they actually followed up with me promptly and with a quote even without photos provided.
