Got a haircut here with Ms. Jessica! salon is super cute and clean, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and i’m very happy with my cut.

Friendly, nice, in other words get your hair done and your nails here and youll be looking like you won the lottery!

I pay 250 for these goddess loc and this girl have big parts with lil hair going around the braids she have a big part going down the middle of my hair y I don’t kno clearly she not used of doing adults hair I wouldn’t advise no one to get their hair done by this girl

I have been a loyal customer since 2012 and I can say that the last 2 visits to purchase bundle, the bundles were of very poor quality. The hair is shedding profusely and very hard to untangle. I am not sure if I will purchase again as this is the 2nd time I am displeased.

I have had many keratin/Brazilian blow outs before and Jasmine is by far the best!! Great quality and lasts a long time!

I waited a week to write this review because I was, initially, pleased with my hair after I left the salon. However, the price for the service I received, the overall experience at the salon, and my current dissatisfaction with my hair has inspired me to write this review. My grievances will be listed in chronological order:1. I got a closure sew in for $225, which is the most I have ever paid for this service. I decided to make an appointment and pay the amount because the numerous positive reviews convinced me that I would get one of the best sew ins money could buy.2. My appointment was for 2pm. Since I was a new client, I decided to get there a bit early. Once I filled out the paperwork and paid (before the services were rendered, mind you), it was 2 oclock on the dot. I was then made to wait for over two hours while my hairdresser completed another clients sew in! Over two hours! Then when I was finally in her seat, it took her an additional two hours just to corn row my hair. When all was said and done, I left the salon at 9:30pm! When I made the appointment it said the service should have only taken four hours, so I made plans that night, thinking I would get out at 7pm at the latest. I had to end up cancelling my plans because I was basically in the salon the entire day.3. The hypocrisy of the salon when it comes to the clients. When making my appointment I read the rules of the salon, which included rules like being over twenty minutes late to your appointment would result in a $50 fine or no children in the salon unless they are being serviced. My hairdresser was over two hours late for my appointment and I was never offered any discounts or coupons on my service! My hairdresser also had her son in the salon who screamed, threw tantrums, and generally took a lot of her attention away from providing me with a service I paid $225 for.4. Yes, my experience at the salon sucked, but when my hair was finished I was really feeling it. Though I was annoyed, I chalked it up to an off day and went on with my cute new sew in. That was until I noticed tied thread that had loosened in several spots throughout my head. When combing my hair I am snagging thread intertwined with my hair. There is also a piece of track that is sewn too loosely to my braids and I am able to pick it up off of my head!My hairdresser, Jasmine, was really nice, but my experience and hair are both awful. Something has to give, I should not be paying $225 to wait over two hours on my hairdresser, then sit in the salon for over seven hours, compete for her attention with her son, and leave with a sub par sew in. 1/10 would not do again!

Jasmine was extremely professional and knows her talent.. She is extremely talented in lace wig installations and i advise everyone to book her. Thank you Jasmine for your service and making me look exquisite..

I’ve been purchasing from them for a few years and just recently I purchased again. The quality of extensions I received is HIGHLY disappointing. Excessive shedding, tangling, and the dryness is totally unacceptable. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, no response. Like I said, I was a loyal customer but after this I will definitely be taking my money and loyalty elsewhere.**Update*** Thank you for your response. To be clear, I received an email response today 7/1. It is unfortunate that the communications to your company have gone neglected or overlooked. If I were a valued customer you would have made an effort to contact me via phone; all of my information is on my account. It has been a pleasure patronizing your company up until now, however, this experience has been more than frustrating. I sent several emails to your company to allow any opportunity to resolve. Jasmine has saved my hair from a weave installation done by someone else and had me leaving with a keratin Express treatment that left no proof that any trauma had ever happened. Getting an installation today. Spoke with Brittany and Jasmine today about extensions and Im getting a same day installation which is unheard of. Loving it.

Got my frontal installed and it looks so natural. Taylor and the other stylist are so nice and they accommodate all your needs! They are all so nice and make sure that they space out time so clients wont overlap. Cant wait to come back for a silk-press.

I’ve been ordering from this company since August 2013 after following Amiyah Scott on Instagram. I spent over $400 on my first order and continued to purchase from them throughout college until my last order in 2015. I still have that hair from 2015 today! It’s amazing quality, and well worth the high price. I tried taking the cheaper route by ordering from another local company and got burned, so I’m returning to my “roots” ❤️. Can’t wait to receive my order this week!

The only hair I wear! I’ve been using them since 2012 I cheated once and order from another brand but what a mistake on my part. I got all my girlfriends on lace xclusive and we never had a bad experience. This is real raw Virgin hair that last years I even have hair from 2012 still. the only thing I don’t like and wish they get better on is there frontal and closures to me they are not worth it there small with no parting space.

I am a loyal customer, they sell the best quality hair. No shedding and no tangles! Love Lace xclusive.

Came here to gety prom makeup done and it came out so beautiful! Hayden made me feel so comfortable.

The stylists in here were doing a great job. However, the stylist that “did” my hair clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I usually retwist my own hair, so I know how it’s supposed to be done and how long it should take. It shouldn’t take you 3 hours to retwist short-medium length locs. The service was supposed to be 1 hour and 30 minutes for a wash, retwist, and braided style. I was here from 12:00 to about 5:30. I missed work for nothing!! Stylist couldn’t even style my dreads. She did try multiple times to style it for me I give her that, but she could not successfully do a style that I’ve gotten before when my hair was much shorter. If you know dreads aren’t your thing you shouldn’t accept the style request! I’m entirely disappointed because I know this is a great salon.

Nice salon however Ive never been to a hair salon where you pay for services before they are rendered, not to mention my wig install was done improperly and they would not take my calls, I instead had to use another line to make a complaint. I was thoroughly disappointed and will not return.
