What an awesome experience, the staff was super kind and got the work done quick. After having so many poor experiences with mechanics in the past this was a breath of fresh air, the feeling of leaving knowing you werent ripped off and the work done was quality cant be understated. I took my ford ranger 4/4/18 for a clutch and water pump. Recently my clutch was giving me issues so I took it back an wasnt charged anything. The service and professionalism is great

Ive never been to mechanics who treat me with respect and who are honest to the the point that they probably lose money from working on my car. Im ignorant about how my car works and would be easy to take advantage of, but they dont.

These guys confirmed that a Bering needed to be replaced on my car. The service was completed in 3hrs and the price was 70% less than the dealer quoted! ... and now the car sounds great!.. I will definitely be back.

Took my 89 Toyota Pickup here... nothing but discrimination against my vehicle. They would not fix it. They dont know the difference between surface rust and normal wear on a 30 year old truck. If you have a vehicle from Northerly climates, do not bring it here for non-engine repairs or anything other than a tune-up/oil change. I dont care how much knowledge reviewers say this shop has, they picked on a late 80s Toyota Pickup with 300k miles! My vehicle is from CO, will/has lasted the test of time. The shop was full of newer vehicles they can get $$$ from the owners on. If you have an older vehicle, skip this place, they dont want you here.

These are my go to guys. Honest, reliable, no nonsense. I appreciate that they explain the problem, outline how theyre going to fix it, and how much its going to cost before they start a repair so there are no surprises.

Very SADISTIC this place is!!! DO NOT COME HERE! I was stranded in New Orleans with my little girl because my car broke down a block away from them while I was in town for the day from Baton Rouge. My alternator dyed on the spot so I managed to get it to their garage in time. After telling me that I needed an alternator, I asked them if I could stay because I didnt know my way around. I asked one of them if I could help out in any way and he then cursed me out with every curse word known to man for no reason. Really??!! So I sat in their office and after around 2 hours they told me it was done. When I got back to B.R. I noticed that it wasnt starting up quick like it would with a New or even Rebuilt Alternator. I took it to a mechanic and found out that it was some used old alternator from some car they just took it off of or something. I paid around $400 FOR NOTHING! They knew that I was from Baton Rouge and figured that Its too far for me to complain. So sad. I never would wish this upon my worst enemy. So if you are reading these reviews contemplating coming here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My experience wasnt anywhere near what others experienced at this place. I called, spoke to Will and explained what was going on with my car. He said bring the car in and we can get it fixed for you. The car wouldnt stay running so I had it towed across the river. Four weeks later, with calls to check the status of my car (because he never called me), I was told that they could not fix my car and that I needed to come get it. He stated that he didnt know what the problem was but alluded to the fact that I may need another engine wiring harness which he was to get from a junk yard. Mind you, I was told over the phone that they would run diagnostics to find the issue. Apparently that never happened. I do not believe they ever looked underneath the hood, let alone placed my car on a machine for testing. They both were very distant in terms of communication and seemingly annoyed that I came up there and called weekly to check the status. They are closed on Fridays and Saturdays and the holidays were approaching so the shop was closed for a week or so. Fast forward, I towed my Camry back to the Westbank to another mechanic who immediately found the problem after running diagnostics. The sensors needed to be replaced and he replaced the wiring harness. Oh, and the brake pads I purchased to be installed at Will and Lennys were still in the front seat unopened. Will and Lennys is more like Frick and Frack....complete idiots in my opinion!
