Never met Mr. Robinson in three years I had both car and rental insurance, it was only when he learned I purchased a new vehicle that I received a personal call to ask my plans for insurance. Further conversation I learned I was overcharged for insurance on my 15 year old Miata for 3 years. I asked for a workup on my new car, Mercedes GLA, and his quote was significantly more than another company. I informed him I was going with the other company and Mr. Robinson became agitated telling me I did not understand how insurance works. I have had insurance in 5 different states and worked with 3 different insurance companies, this was my worst experience.

Super happy with the service LeMoine provided. He was able to get me the same coverage I had out-of-state at a decent price. He also spent a lot of time answering my many questions, which I very much appreciated. Definitely recommend going to him!

After an insurance scammer purposely slammed on their breaks in the Winn Dixie parking lot causing us to barely bump into them (no damage to either vehicle), this agent raised my rate $100 per month for a year after, then dropped me. Turns out it was cheaper for them to honor the uninsured driver’s claim then to fight the fraud. Worked out better for me anyway, I’m paying less now with Allstate.

Horrible do not go! First they spelt my name wrong on my auto insurance id cards which i have harrassed them months to fix to no avail, then they try to sell me a combo deal with homeowners or something so it will give me a discount but more hassle. Lastly, after the quote and payment and i was assured i have my insurance no problem, they tell me in 2 months that their underwriting is cancelling my policy because I had a gap with a previous company that wasnt my fault. Disorganized and horrible!
