Tax Liens - Great Site for Investors looking for a better rate of return than a CD or savings from a bank. Also, less risky in my opinion with the proper research than investing in stocks. Its a win-win-win. Win for investors, win for local communities needing to pay for city/parish services, and win for the home owner giving them a bit more time to pay the property taxes.

I placed the deposit on property when starting bid was 3500, on the auction day they change the starting bid to 5100, which is the market value of the property, this is not acceptable for me....People be cearful with this auction
