I was so happy and grateful for their assistance with my medical supplies. I needed an NG tube fast as mine has fallen out. I rely on the tube as my main source of feeding and nutrition on a daily basis. I was able to find and order my tube easily on their website. I did have one question to which I was able to ask and received a respond within minutes. The tube came well packaged and sooner then expected. I will most definitely being using the Medical Shop again for any purchases I may need in the future :)

Placed and Online and received a confirmation of my order via email. After a week went by I called to check status of order and was told that first time orders have to be verified. So my order wasnt even shipped yet. That was not in the confirmation email, and I didnt receive any other emails. A phone call would have been nice. Cancelled order.

Recently, I had bought from this company and received my medical products without any aberration. Can trust them to do a repurchase. However, for first time buyer you may need to take note that you are required to provide some sort of verification when buying with credit card. Bottom line is sign up, verify your credential before you make any purchase as they may debit from your credit card for any product you send to the shopping cart. Happy Shopping!

This company has been great with my first order with them, which was for a Span America foam cushion, which had a strong chemical smell. They swiftly sent a replacement and this one seems fine! Very friendly amd helpful representatives.

Called and asked if something was in stock. Yes was her reply. I confirmed what I wanted. Was assured they had it. I guess she was just to lazy to get off her as* and look because five minutes later. They didn’t have it. I am School Social Worker who is thrilled with this company. One of my families received a grant and the mother badly wanted a stroller for her darling baby girl. The Convaid Strollers are very expensive and this was our one shot! I called the company and they were willing to significantly discount the wheelchair so that this mother and her child could use the grant funding to get the chair. I cannot thank this customer enough! Literally within hours the employee had emailed me an invoice with all the adaptations we needed at the exact cost we needed. They lost my prescription, did not get in touch, then after 23 days I called back rep could not locate it had me have Dr refax it then called back to say they now do not carry that product - worst experience! Better to go to the medical supply shops in Danbury and Southbury. Patients need good service and assitance not an avoidance of responsibility.
