We have been so pleased with the service and responsiveness of All American Waste. Any time I called I was always greeted professionally and kindly. They have been great to work with and would use them again for garbage/recycling if in my area.

Great customer service and drivers! My driver Mike is GREAT!!!! Him and my 3 year old daughter wave to each other every week! This week he came a little early because of the snow storm coming. I completely forgot to bring out my can. He stopped and grabbed it and rolled it to the curb!! I really appreciate him, he is such a kind and hardworking guy!!!

It will be two years with this company in July. I always had such pleasant experiences with this company until recently. The man that comes pick up my trash is actually very nice and ONLY because of him I give an extra star. I have to move my trash and recycling cans to the other side of the street than where my house is and a few times I had forgotten and he always moved it for me. I never had problems with recycling until recently. Once my house was forgotten while my neighbor was not and our bins are right NEXT to each other. That was quickly recovered when I called customer service and they came the next day. Today will mark one month that my recycling has not been picked up unless they come later. Last recycling pick up they said that the road was not plowed. What I don’t understand is that how come trash can come WEEKLY and on same day as recycling but recycling doesn’t get picked up. I’ve called customer service twice already. When I first opened the account the customer service reps were so nice. Now they honestly sound like they dgaf. Not sure exactly what happened in this past year and a half with their reps. No sorry, no nothing. I understand if they want to use the weather as an excuse if the weather is bad, but it doesn’t excuse it at all if trash can always come but not recycling. To think that today will be one month of recycling not being picked up, then management should do a better job and maybe placing the houses in our neighborhood first on the route especially by looking at the weather. It doesn’t hurt to go the extra mile. A sorry doesn’t hurt either. Maybe with some people these don’t matter, but to me and my family it does. I wasn’t able to get any results with the customer service reps, but maybe after leaving a review, I can be taken more seriously.

I never leave reviews but had to for this company because of how awful my experience was. I had them arranged to pull down my driveway and pick up my cans. They changed drivers and the new driver backed into my trees and caused damage that is not repairable. I talked to management and they told me I had two options 1) I could change trash providers 2) I could have them pick up on the street. I had to fight for them to take any responsibility for damaging the trees even though I had it on video. They eventually credited me for 1 month and then upped my bill by $10 every month after that, without giving me any notice or explanation. Horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go to a small company that actually cares.

Called for a large dumpster and Linda was so professional and explained all of our size and pricing options. Not only was the cost very reasonable, they were able to deliver the dumpster the very next day! I literally just called back to place an order for a pickup and Linda remembered who I was, very cheerful and personable, and was able to get the unit picked up today. Very impressed with the service, price, and fantastic customer service! Thank you All American Waste, and Linda for your help, great job!

Started out paying $75 every 3 months in 2017. 2020 My bill is now $96 every 3 months. Not once did they notify me of these price increases. It’s like a game show “guess what the bill will be this time” every 3 months. Complete BS. I’ll be looking for another trash co.

By far the best customer service, and most importantly great operators. Very friendly, and also very professional. I have used multiple services since living in New Fairfield and all American is the best one by far.

When I moved into the area, I looked for a more affordable Waste Company. I figured at All Americans prices, I wouldnt expect much for Customer Service, but that was okay. Having no expectations, I was impressed from day one. Whether it was a missed pickup (usually my fault, or learning about Holiday Schedules they always came the next day which was a major courtesy) or Customer Service - I couldnt be Happier. Sean OToole who is a Manager at the Company always Replies to my Emails with in the Hour, Solves the problem, and as a result I have renewed my business with them for a 3rd year. You simply cant be their price, but their Customer Service Stands on a leg of its own.

I wanted to recycle a large flat box that didnt fit into the recycling can. One would think that sitting the box aside the can would be the best thing to do. On two occasions, the box has been completely ignored. So itll have to go into the dumpster to have any chance of being picked up. Its an absolute shame that they cant put forth a little effort to help make recycling the easy choice.

Just watched a driver in a tricky driving situation flip out on some state guys. She was so unprofessional.

Best of luck !, they will quote you in any minimum price, and right after you sign a contract for 3 years, which also you have to keep on eye to remind to send a cancellation letter 3 months before so it would not auto renewal. Price will high jack, and the best answer, they will tell you had lots of garbage, which keeps increasing, even though you know that you do not have.

Used All American Waste for home trash, recycling, compost and even dumpsters for demolition and bulk trash. Always responsive, great value and appreciate that they always responded quickly.

We have had All American Waste for the past 8 years. And everyone from our drivers, customer service or billing department have been....professional....our driver Carlos gives us a heads up when recycling protocol changes or watches out for the dogs and kids.knowledgeable .....when my husband forgets to put out the trash after a holiday and I need to find the pick up calendar/schedule online.kind....when I call and Brenda is really patient & nice early in the morning when my kids are doing all they can to be super noisey. Or when my credit card has expired and they call to get an updated one so we don’t miss our pick up day.This is the time of year to be thankful for everyone who make our days better....Thank you for all you do!!Vivian & Sae Hahm

Was happy until this month when I received no recycle pickup, no emergency pickup even though my recycling is overflowing out of the bin and no credit for the non pickup month.

Poor customer service.Other companies pick up little items with no extra charge. Not this company. They come at all different times yet say to have your trash out early. Is early 11 am?Incompetent employees.

IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS THEN I WOULDVE. THIS GARBAGE COMPANY IS GARBAGE FOR REAL. THEY SHOULD DUMP THEMSELVES INSTEAD. THEY SAY THEY WILL PICK UP AND DONT. 3 WEEKS WITHOUT PICKING UP MY HOUSE BUT THEY SURE CAN SEND A BILL. DONT EVER USE THEM THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, FALSE ADVERTISE AND POOR FOLLOW THROUGH. I had them for 6 years on a shared driveway and never had a problem, I moved on another shared driveway and they didnt pick up my garbage for 6 weeks, every week I would call and speak to the same women who acted like she had no idea who I was. Mystery solved they dont come down the driveway here and if I want them to its double the price. So I now brought my garbage and recycling to the end of the driveway and there it still sits full of garbage for the whole weekend. I have no idea what the problem is but after 7 weeks Im done. They forget to pick up my garbage but never forgot to get paid. So unhappy

I am a general contractor and I have been using All American Waste for a few years now. Their pricing was right on and their service was great. I would definitely use them again.

Best company that I have used I have them at my house for weekly service and at my place of work where they have implemented a great waste and recycling system. Also check out there website to finally learn the dos and fonts of single stream recycling. VERY HELPFUL. I have also used the rolloff dumpster service for a remodel and they are definitely the best bang for the buck with that also. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!

I dont normally write reviews but I felt that my experience with All American Waste needed to be shared with others. I recently moved to Fairfield County and was not familiar with the area. I asked around and everyone spoke highly of All American Waste. After a few weeks of having All American Waste pick up our garbage I realized why they were recommended by so many people. There has been a few times that I have forgotten to put the trash at the curb on trash day. The All American Waste employees rolled the trash cans to the curb from the side of the driveway where I keep the trash bins, and they must have saw that I forgot to put them out that day. I have never experience such loyal service before which is why I want everyone to know of the exceptional service I have been receiving including multiple dumpsters being dropped of the very next day they are ordered. It is obvious they hire great staff to work for them which shows in their service. Keep up the great work All American Waste!!!

Good customer service nice friendly staff

Just recently purchased a home in Bethel and as you can you imagine I needed a dumpster. After some research and speaking with my new neighbors everyone seemed to recommend All American Waste. I called AAW and was more then happy with the price. I had a dumpster delivered the very next day. I filled the dumpster a least 5 times and each time I called for it to be picked up they were prompt with their pick up. My drive way is long, narrow and windy. Each pick up the driver had to reverse all the way up the 1/10 mile long drive way to the house, never causing any damage to any of the flowers that run the length of the driveway. Anyhow I am extremely pleased and would recommend AAW to a friend.
