My granddaughter was in an accident and totaled her car. Modzelewskis was called to tow. Driver was rude and very disrespectful. We arrived at the scene and requested where we wanted the car towed but driver refused even though we made arrangements to have him met by another towing company waiting with spill pans to ensure a proper safe drop. He was obnoxious, wouldnt listen to us and just drove away with our car. Very unprofessional and do not recommend these people. The accident was stres6enough but then to be treated with such disrespect was unnecessary.

After our daughter got hit and had her car totalled Modzelewskis was very helpful. They were very pleasant and helpful in a real stressful situation. We appreciate the guys in New Milford especially as they helped us several times, and each time they just really seemed to care.

Had the most disrespectful man tow my vehicle from an accident this evening. He was rude and unreasonable and I won’t ever be using this company nor recommending them. It’s incredible to have the audacity to be so mean to a mother with six children who were all just in an accident. Just unnecessary.

Charged storage for says they arent even open according to both their website and service. Told on phone, they would come to open it up. Where is this posted. Why does no one except owner know this?Also made us get cash....totally sketchy
