They were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time and pump out my tank. Good, trustworthy guys who explained the charges, and made sure I didnt have any unanswered questions.

I have used New Milford septic for years. They are always timely, helped me out with an emergency this past winter, immediate response, this past month where I have contacted 4 different trades people/businesses to help with issues around my home, they are the only ones who responded, arrived when they said they would and did the work for within the estimate they gave me. Very much appreciated. I am a hospital employee with crazy hours and attempting to find people to help me has been a bear, but not this company, they are always reliable. Thanks

I’ve used this company for years now. They took good care of me when I bought my first house and I continue to use them on my new house. I recently had a back up of my system and George made it out to pump my system the same morning I called and told them of my issue. He’s also been kind enough to talk me through the troubleshooting of the problem so that I could diagnose and fix it myself to save me money. I highly recommend them!!!

Used them recently for a back up in our basement. Tank was full of wipes from kids, Came out right away. Guy dug like two feet to get to tank opening. Did not know they did that. Put me on a regular schedule. Would recommend.

We just had New Milford Septic come out for an emergency pumping this last week. I was very impressed with the speed at which they came out, the professionalism of the staff and the way they left the disturbed area in the lawn. Couldnt be more pleased with the service, highly recommend them.

They came out to clean in October. Great guys. Fast, and cleaned up after. Definitely reccommend!

Horrible. Promised they would show up and they never did. Called many times to see when they would come and never got back to me. Terrible customer service. Eventually gave up and called another company and they came right away.

I just found out how rude George (the owner) treated my 77 year old mother. If this guy has no issue speaking to my Mother in such a derogatory manner, imagine how hell treat you. I wish it would allow me to give NO stars.Go find someone who will respect you and your business.
